La FMM obtient le soutien de l’Union européenne pour accroître son efficacité

La Force multinationale mixte (FMM) a reçu d’importants éléments de soutien logistique de l’Union européenne, facilités par le Groupe DCI. Ce soutien vise à améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle et les capacités globales de la FMM.

Les articles de support comprennent le matériel informatique de bureau tel que les ordinateurs portables, les tablettes, les imprimantes et le mobilier de bureau. Les articles ont été remis au commandant de la Force, le général de division Ibrahim Sallau Ali, le 9 juillet 2024, à Farcha, Ndjamena, Tchad.

MNJTF Gains European Union Support to Boost Efficiency

The Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) has received substantial logistics support items from the European Union, facilitated by the DCI Group. The support aims to enhance the operational efficiency and overall capabilities of the MNJTF.

The support items including office IT equipment such as laptop computers, tablets, printers and office furniture. The items were handed over to the Force Commander, Major General Ibrahim Sallau Ali, on 9 July 2024, at Farcha, Ndjamena, Chad.

69 Terroristes de Boko Haram et leurs Familles se Rendent à la FMM au Cameroun et au Niger

Alors que l’opération Lake Sanity 2 se poursuit, la Force multinationale mixte (FMM) a réussi à faciliter la reddition de nouveaux terroristes et à en sauver d’autres de leurs cachettes entre le 1er et le 6 juillet 2024.

Dans le secteur 1 du Cameroun, le 6 juillet 2024, une opération maritime combinée des forces camerounaises et nigérianes a conduit à la reddition de 56 terroristes de Boko Haram.

Ce groupe comprenait 13 hommes adultes accompagnés de 43 femmes et enfants.
En outre, à la même date, 12 membres de familles de terroristes, dont 5 femmes et 7 enfants, ont été secourus.

Les individus qui se sont rendus et les membres des familles qui ont été secourus ont été remis aux troupes du secteur 1 de l’opération Hadin Kai, à Gamboru et à Banki, pour la suite des opérations.entre le 1er et le 6 juillet 2024.

69 Boko Haram Terrorists and Families Surrender to MNJTF in Cameroon and Niger

As Operation Lake Sanity 2 continues, the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) has successfully facilitated the surrender of more terrorists while rescuing others from hideouts between 1 and 6 July 2024.

In Sector 1 Cameroon, on 6 July 2024, a combined maritime operation by Cameroonian and Nigerian forces led to the surrender of 56 Boko Haram terrorists. This group included 13 adult men accompanied by 43 women and children.

Boko Haram Terrorist Commander, 5 Fighters Surrender to MNJTF in Sector 3 Nigeria

As Operation Lake Sanity II intensifies, the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) announced the surrender of Adamu Muhammad, Boko Haram terrorist commander, and 5 other fighters to Sector 3 MNJTF in Monguno, Borno State Nigeria, on 23 May 2024.

The terrorists escaped from the ISWAP faction hideout in Jubillaram, situated in Southern Lake Chad. Adamu, 22 years old, had participated in numerous terrorist attacks and roam around Kangarwa, Alagarno, Doro Naira, and Dogon Chikwu in Kukawa Local Government Area, Borno State, Nigeria.

During their surrender, they handed over 11 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition and one warhead of anti-aircraft rounds. Other surrendered fighters include; Isah Ali, 18 years old; Hassan Modu, 18 years old; Nasir Idris, 23 years old es**rt for the Commander of Jubillaram Usman Rash; Abba Aji, 21 years old andAbubakar Isah, 20 years old.

The surrendered fighters are currently undergoing investigation.This brings the total number of terrorists who have surrendered since the commencement of Operation Lake Sanity ll on 23 April 2024 to 119. [...]

Un Commandant du groupe terroriste Boko Haram et cinq combattants se rendent à la FMM dans le secteur 3 du Nigéria

Alors que l’opération Lake Sanity II s’intensifie, la Force multinationale mixte (FMM) a annoncé la reddition d’Adamu Muhammad, commandant du groupe terroriste Boko Haram, et de cinq autres combattants à la FMM du secteur 3 à Monguno, dans l’État de Borno (Nigéria), le 23 mai 2024.

Les terroristes se sont échappés du repaire de la faction ISWAP à Jubillaram, situé dans le sud du lac Tchad. OPERATION LAKE SANITY 2: FORCE COMMANDER MNJTF VISITS FRONTLINE TROOPS

On 14 May 2024, the Force Commander of the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF), Maj Gen Ibrahim Sallau Ali, conducted an operational visit to the frontline troops engaged in Operation Lake Sanity 2 at Baga, Cross Kauwa, and Malam Fatori in Borno State.

During the visit, Maj Gen Ali expressed confidence in the collective capabilities of the troops to eradicate terrorism in the region. He highlighted the significant reduction in the strength of Boko Haram, noting that their reliance on Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) underscores their weakened state.

OPÈRATION LAKE SANITY 2: LE COMMANDANT DE LA FMM REND VISITE AUX TROUPES DE PREMIÈRE LIGNE

Le 14 mai 2024, le Commandant de la force multinationale mixte (FMM), le Général de division Ibrahim Sallau Ali, a effectué une visite opérationnelle aux troupes de première ligne engagées dans l’opération Lake Sanity 2 à Baga, Cross Kauwa et Malam Fatori dans l’État de Borno, au Nigéria.

Au cours de cette visite, le général de division Ali a exprimé sa confiance dans les capacités collectives des troupes à éradiquer le terrorisme dans la région. Il a souligné la réduction significative de la force de Boko Haram, notant que leur dépendance à l’égard des engins explosifs improvisés (EEI) souligne leur état de faiblesse. Pour contrer cette menace, le général Ali a révélé l’introduction de mesures conçues pour déjouer les adversaires.

Opération Lake Sanity 2 : Les Troupes Neutralisent un terroriste et contrecarrent le mouvement logistique de Boko Haram

Dans le cadre de l’opération Lake Sanity 2 en cours, les troupes de la Force multinationale mixte du secteur 2 (FMM) basées à Bagasola, au Tchad, ont mené une embuscade le 13 mai 2024.

Cette opération a eu lieu sur l’île Litri, située à la frontière entre le Tchad et Nigeria dans la région centrale du lac Tchad, entraînant la neutralisation d’un terroriste. Les troupes ont pu récupérer plusieurs objets lors de l’opération, dont un fusil AK 47, 2 chargeurs, une munition non explosée, un téléphone portable et d’autres effets personnels. Cela constitue un coup dur pour les capacités terroristes dans la région.
