As part of the cultural cooperation and exchange with Thai universities interested in giving their students the opportunity to practice Spanish and learn about Colombian history and culture, this summer and as is tradition we welcomed 2 students from Chulalongkorn University and 1 from Thammasat University .

Thank you for your commitment, dedication, and excellent work. Together we strengthen 🇨🇴🤝🇹🇭 ties and drive forward the future of our youth.

Una noche de salsa 💃para celebrar el Día de la Independencia de Colombia, llena de música, baile y alegría.

Agradecemos especialmente al Hotel Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong, a DJ Henry, a la Escuela de Danza Rumpuree, a Apple Rumpuree y a la escuela EnSalsate, quienes viajaron desde Colombia para compartir, a través de su talento, un poco de la riqueza y el espíritu de nuestra cultura.

Gracias a todos los asistentes que hicieron de esta celebración una noche inolvidable.

A night of salsa to celebrate Colombia’s Independence Day, filled with music, dance, and joy. We extend our sincere thanks to the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel, DJ Henry Knowles 🎧 , Apple rumPUREE rumPUREE - world dance studio and Fundación Ensálsate, who traveled from Colombia to share the richness of our culture through their outstanding talent and performances. Teacher Apple, founder of rumPUREE, and DJ Henry Knowles recently had the honor of curating and DJing the Embassy of Colombia’s National Day Party on 23 July at the Renaissance Bangkok Hotel's RBar. As the co-organizers of Asia’s longest-running Latin dance festival, Latin Bangkok Fiesta, they brought over two decades of experience cultivating Thailand’s Latin dance scene to this landmark event.

It was an inspiring evening spent connecting with the Embassy and the local dance community over a shared love of international art and culture. The night truly came alive when rumPUREE instructors Nami, Ara, Hannes, Ali, and our amazing team hit the floor alongside the renowned Colombian dancers from En Salsate.

This beautiful blend of Thai, Asian, and Colombian cultures transformed the room into a genuine celebration of unity, passion, and global friendship.

The Embassy of Peru 🇵🇪 took part in an Ambassadors’ briefing organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), focusing on current trends and challenges in connectivity, innovation, and digital transformation.

The session was led by Dr. Cosmas Luckyson Zavazava, Director of the ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau, and provided an opportunity to exchange views on the role of international cooperation in advancing inclusive digital development. 🌐📡

🇵🇪 สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเปรูเข้าร่วมการบรรยายสำหรับเอกอัครราชทูต ซึ่งจัดโดยสหภาพโทรคมนาคมระหว่างประเทศ (ITU) โดยมุ่งเน้นประเด็นแนวโน้มและความท้าทายในด้านการเชื่อมต่อ นวัตกรรม และการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล

Durante la celebración del 216° aniversario de la Independencia de Colombia, presentamos una muestra de la diversidad gastronómica de nuestro país.

En representación de la región Caribe, y en particular de la costa cartagenera, se ofrecieron preparaciones como el ají tradicional colombiano, patacón pisao, merengón, empanada de pollo costeña y cóctel de camarón cartagenero, entre otros.
Una especial mención a La hAUS by Dushi Kitchen.

Tuvimos el honor de contar con la participación del chef Jerry Arango de La hAUS by Dushi Kitchen, junto con el equipo de chefs del Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.
Agradecemos a todos quienes hicieron posible la creación de estos platos especiales para nuestros invitados.

During the celebration of the 216th Anniversary of Colombia’s Independence, we presented a showcase of our country’s culinary diversity.

Representing the Caribbean region, and specifically the Cartagena coast, guests enjoyed traditional dishes such as Colombian ají, patacón pisao, merengón, coastal chicken empanada, and Cartagena shrimp cocktail, among others.
Special thanks to La hAUS by Dushi Kitchen.

We had the honor of hosting Chef Jerry Arango from La hAUS by Dushi Kitchen, together with the culinary team of the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.
Our gratitude to everyone who made these special dishes possible for our guests.
