🇩🇪เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ คุณสเวตา คานนัน เลขานุการเอกฝ่ายสื่อข่าวสารและวัฒนธรรมของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตเยอรมนี กรุงเทพฯ ได้เข้าร่วมการเสวนาเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีสร้างสรรค์ในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

พวกเรารู้สึกเป็นเกียรติที่ได้ร่วมแบ่งปันมุมมองเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีสร้างสรรค์ของเยอรมนี บทบาทของเยอรมนีในฐานะศูนย์กลางสำหรับนักสร้างสรรค์ และแนวทางในการดึงดูดบุคลากรผู้มีความสามารถจากเยอรมนีมายังประเทศไทย ร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในวงการ ได้แก่ ผศ.ภูวไนย ทรรทรานนท์ จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย นายวริษฐ์ ธีระประเสริฐ จากสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (CEA) และผู้แทนจากกรุงเทพมหานคร (BMA)

Discussing the 🇩🇪 creative tech industry at the Touch Designer Bangkok Meetup (Vol II) at Goethe-Institut!

Sweta Kannan, First Secretary for Press- and Cultural Affairs at the German Embassy Bangkok recently spoke at a roundtable discussion on the creative technology industry in SE Asia.

We were honored to contribute thoughts and insights into the DE creative tech industry, Germany as a hub for creators and attracting 🇩🇪 talent to Thailand alongside industry experts Puvanai Dardarananda (Chulalongkorn University) and Waritthi Teeraprasert (CEA) as well as the Bangkok Municipal Administration (BMA).

ฟุตบอลเชื่อมผู้คนเข้าด้วยกัน... และภาษาเยอรมันก็เช่นเดียวกัน

ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศฟุตบอลโลกในช่วงซัมเมอร์นี้ เราได้เริ่มต้นกิจกรรมสุดพิเศษร่วมกับสถาบันเกอเธ่ ประเทศไทย Goethe-Institut Thailand จัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอล 4 สนาม ใน 4 โรงเรียน ทั่วประเทศไทย

เด็ก ๆ มารวมตัวกันด้วยเป้าหมายเดียวกัน คือ เรียนภาษาเยอรมัน และคว้าชัยชนะ

การแข่งขันสนามแรกแรกเปิดฉากขึ้นที่กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีนักเรียนกว่า 160 คนร่วมลงสนาม ท่ามกลางอากาศร้อนจัด เพื่อพิสูจน์ฝีเท้าบนสนามฟุตบอล พร้อมร่วมสนุกกับฐานกิจกรรมท้าทายความรู้ภาษาเยอรมันที่จัดโดยสถาบันเกอเธ่

ขอขอบคุณนักเรียน คุณครู และเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกท่าน ที่ร่วมสร้างสีสันให้กับการแข่งขันด้วยพลัง ความมุ่งมั่น และความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ภาษาเยอรมัน

Football unites… and so does German.

In this iconic summer of sports, we started something special with Goethe-Institut.

4 Football Tournaments at 4 schools across Thailand.

Children coming together with one goal: to learn German and win.

We kicked-off the first tournament in Bangkok, with over 160 students who came together in the scorching heat to prove themselves on the pitch and in the various German language challenges set by Goethe Institut.

Thank you to all students, teachers and staff for their competitive participation and their shared enthusiasm for the German language.

Congratulations to this tournaments winners… Khon Kaen, see you next!

✨ยินดีต้อนรับนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยน AFSรุ่นใหม่ทุกคน!

🗓️ตลอดระยะเวลา 6–12 เดือนข้างหน้า นักเรียนทั้ง 20 คนจะได้ใช้ชีวิตกับครอบครัวอุปถัมภ์ชาวไทย และร่วมเป็นอาสาสมัครในโรงเรียนต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ ตั้งแต่ สตูล ไปจนถึง น่าน

☝️🇩🇪ในฐานะตัวแทนด้านวัฒนธรรมของเยอรมนี พวกเราได้พูดคุยกับนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตเยอรมนีประจำประเทศไทย รวมถึงการเมืองไทย วัฒนธรรม และธรรมเนียมปฏิบัติต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ นักเรียนยังได้เล่าถึงความคาดหวังและสิ่งที่อยากเรียนรู้ระหว่างการใช้ชีวิตในประเทศไทยตลอดช่วงหลายเดือนข้างหน้า

เราตั้งตารอที่จะได้ฟังเรื่องราว ความประทับใจ และประสบการณ์ของทุกคนเมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการ!
✨Welcome to the new cohort of AFS exchange students!

🗓️For the next 6-12 months, these students will be placed with local host families and will volunteer at various Thai schools from Satun to Nan.

☝️As cultural ambassadors of Germany, we discussed the role of the 🇩🇪 Embassy in Thailand, Thai politics, culture and customs. The students shared some of their hopes and expectations for the next couple of months.

We look forward to hearing about their experiences upon completion of the programme!

🇩🇪🤝เยอรมนียกระดับความร่วมมือกับอาเซียนอีกขั้น

ในการประชุมรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 59 เยอรมนีได้รับสถานะ Sectoral Dialogue Partner (ประเทศคู่เจรจาเฉพาะสาขา) ของอาเซียนอย่างเป็นทางการ

นี่คืออีกก้าวสำคัญของความเป็นหุ้นส่วนระหว่างเยอรมนีและอาเซียน ที่จะเปิดโอกาสให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายทำงานร่วมกันอย่างใกล้ชิดยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อขับเคลื่อน วิสัยทัศน์ประชาคมอาเซียน 2045 (ASEAN Community Vision 2045)

When we protect tigers, we protect so much more. 🐅🌳
Although the tiger is the apex predator of the forest, it is not always the one that survives. The future of this iconic species depends on another species: humans.
The way people live and earn their livelihoods around forests, and how they care for them, determines the health of these ecosystems. A forest that still has tigers is a forest that remains healthy. And when forests thrive, so do all forms of life that depend on them.
🐅Village Head Wasan is restoring forests that are home to the Indochinese tiger by planting native tree species.
🐅Mother Tum has built a sustainable livelihood through a herbal garden near the forest. A stable income means communities are less likely to encroach on forests—the tigers' home—in search of new sources of income.
🐅Khun is helping people reconnect with nature through community-based tourism, inspiring them to value and protect the forest.
🐅Professor Boonmee is transforming an overlooked forest into a community-based tourism destination, creating new value for nature.
From Huai Kha Khaeng to D**g Phayayen, the landscapes that support Thailand's Indochinese tigers—the Tiger Landscapes Investment Facility (TLIF) supports nature-positive economic activities, enabling people, forests, and tigers to thrive together. The initiative also helps these nature-positive businesses become financially sustainable by preparing communities to access investment and connecting financial institutions with local communities.
Thailand is the only country in Southeast Asia where the wild tiger population has increased, with numbers rising for the first time in 2022 after the global tiger population had declined from more than 100,000 at the beginning of the 20th century to just 3,200 in 2010.
The Tiger Landscapes Investment Facility (TLIF) is a joint initiative of UNDP and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), supported by Cartier Philanthropy for People and Nature and the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the Government of Germany.

แม้เสือจะเป็นนักล่าประจำผืนป่า แต่ไม่ได้เป็นผู้รอดเสมอไป
ชีวิตของนักล่าลายคราม ขึ้นอยู่กับสปีชีส์หนึ่งที่เรียกว่า มนุษย์
วิถีชีวิต กิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจของผู้คนที่รอบรั้วป่าว่าคนดูแลป่าอย่างไร
คือตัวกำหนดความสมบูรณ์ของป่า หากป่าไหนยังมีเสืออยู่ เท่ากับป่ายังสมบูรณ์
และป่าที่สมบูรณ์หมายถึงความเป็นอยู่ของทุกชีวิต
กำนันวสันต์ฟื้นฟูป่ารอบที่อยู่อาศัยของเสือโคร่งอินโดจีนในไทยด้วยพืชพื้นถิ่น
แม่ตุ่มสร้างอาชีพและรายได้ด้วยสวนสมุนไพรรอบผืนป่า เพราะรายได้ที่มั่นคงเท่ากับการป้องกันชุมชนบุกรุกป่า ที่อยู่ของเสือ เพื่อหาช่องทางสร้างรายได้
พี่ขุน ทำให้คนที่เคยรู้สึกห่างไกลจากป่า กลับมาใกล้ชิดและหวงแหนป่า ด้วยการท่องเที่ยวที่พาไปรู้จักและรักธรรมชาติ
อาจารย์บุญมี เปลี่ยนป่ารกร้างไม่อยู่ในสายตาผู้คน เป็นพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน สร้างคุณค่าใหม่ให้กับป่า
จากห้วยขาแข้งถึงดงพญาเย็น ที่อยู่ของเสือโคร่งอินโดจีน โครงการ Tiger Landscapes Investment Facility (TLIF) สนับสนุนให้กิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจรอบผืนป่าเป็นกิจกรรมที่พลิกกลับความเสื่อมโทรมของธรรมชาติ และทำให้คน-เสือ-ป่าอยู่ด้วยกันได้อย่างยั่งยืน และทำให้กิจกรรมเหล่านี้เป็นกิจกรรมที่สร้างรายได้อย่างยั่งยืนด้วยการทำให้ชุมชนพร้อมกับโอกาสการลงทุน รวมถึงเชื่อมการลงทุนของภาคการเงินเข้ากับชุมชน
เพราะเมื่อป่าฟื้น เสือจะกลับมา
โดยประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศเดียวในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ที่จำนวนเสือเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกในปี 2022 ตั้งแต่ประชากรเสือทั่วโลกลดลงจากกว่าแสนตัวในต้นศตวรรษที่ 20 เหลือเพียง 3,200 ตัวในปี 2010

สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเยอรมนี กรุงเทพฯ ภูมิใจที่ได้สนับสนุนโครงการเพาะเห็ดผ่านตู้เพาะอัจฉริยะพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ (Solar-powered Smart Container) ณ โรงเรียนเพียงหลวง 3 จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี

โรงเรียนแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ห่างไกล โดยการเดินทางไปยังตลาดที่ใกล้ที่สุดต้องเดินเท้าราว 2 กิโลเมตร ต่อเรืออีกประมาณ 45 นาที และเดินทางด้วยรถยนต์อีก 12 กิโลเมตร ทำให้การจัดหาอาหารสดเป็นเรื่องยากสำหรับนักเรียนและครอบครัว นอกจากนี้ โรงเรียนยังมีไฟฟ้าใช้อย่างจำกัดและต้องพึ่งพาพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์เป็นหลัก ตู้เพาะเห็ดอัจฉริยะพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์จึงเป็นทางเลือกที่เรียบง่ายและเหมาะกับพื้นที่ โดยเห็ดที่เพาะในตู้ดังกล่าวเป็นแหล่งโปรตีนและสารอาหารที่มีคุณค่า

เยอรมนีเชื่อว่าเด็กทุกคนควรได้รับการศึกษา อาหารที่มีคุณภาพ และการใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี ด้วยเหตุนี้เราจึงให้ความสำคัญกับโครงการนี้

ตู้เพาะเห็ดแห่งนี้ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงอาหารที่มีคุณภาพและสนับสนุนโอกาสทางการศึกษาในระยะยาวให้แก่เด็กไทย เด็กกะเหรี่ยง และเด็กจากกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ตามแนวชายแดนไทย-เมียนมา

The German Embassy Bangkok is proud to support the cultivation and farming of fresh mushrooms through solar-powered smart containers, at the Phiang Luang School 3 in Kanchanaburi.

With the closest market being a 2 km walk, 45 min boat ride and 12km car ride away from the Phil Luang School 3, access to the school and fresh produce is exceedingly difficult for the students and their families. With limited access to electricity, the school relies on solar power. This is why these mushrooms offer a simple and smart solution: the mushrooms, which grow in solar-powered – “smart” - containers, offer a protein-rich, nutritious source of food.

Germany believes in every child’s right to education, healthy food and dignified living – this is why this project is important to us.

The containers secure long-term, sustainable access to education and food for Thai, Karen and children from ethnic groups along the Thai-Myanmar border.

We are excited to see the continuous growth of fresh mushrooms for the children of the school”
