Another look inside our Windshell Naradhiwas residence.

The living room is where this home welcomes its guests, so we wanted it to feel both grand and inviting.

The feature wall was designed as a statement, with gently curved stone panels adding depth and scale, while warm timber veneer softens the space and brings a sense of comfort.

A detail we especially love is the sliding leather-woven panel that conceals the TV. When the television isn't in use, it closes to create a clean, uninterrupted feature wall. When opened, it becomes the backdrop to the shelving beside it—keeping the space elegant, whether the TV is on or off.

It's a simple idea, but one that makes the room feel composed at every moment.

Designing a duplex home is about more than creating two connected floors. It’s about creating a sense of flow.

For this penthouse at Windshell Naradhiwas, we wanted every space to feel connected, from the double-height living area to the outdoor terraces beyond. Large windows bring natural light deep into the interiors, while warm materials and layers of greenery soften the scale of the architecture.

Every part of the home was designed to feel connected — not only from one space to another, but also to the light, the landscape, and the city beyond.

We’re excited to share one of our latest projects—a duplex penthouse at Windshell Naradhiwas.

One of the things we loved most about designing this home was finding ways to bring greenery into everyday living. With generous outdoor terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a double-height living space, the home feels open, bright, and connected to its surroundings throughout the day.

To balance the scale of the space, we layered in warm timber finishes, soft textures, and plenty of natural elements to create an atmosphere that feels relaxed, welcoming, and easy to live in.

It's the kind of home that feels different depending on the time of day—filled with sunlight in the morning, softer and more intimate in the evening, and always connected to the views beyond.

A refined guestroom shaped by warmth, tactility, and precision.
At , the design explores material layering and integrated lighting to achieve a calm, contemporary atmosphere.
Soft curves are introduced to soften the spatial edges, while natural tones create continuity across surfaces.
Each element is carefully composed to ensure clarity, proportion, and a cohesive spatial language.

We are very proud to share that our dearly project, Veranda Resort Phuket, Autograph Collection has been named Winner in the Hotel Interior category at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027!

This project has been a particularly meaningful journey for our team, from the early concept development to shaping a resort environment that blends contemporary design with the natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere of Phuket.

It is truly an honor to see the project recognized on this prestigious platform. We would like to sincerely thank our client, collaborators, and everyone involved who contributed to bringing this project to life.

This recognition encourages us to continue creating thoughtful and inspiring hospitality spaces in the years ahead.

We believe residential design should feel both composed and lived-in. This dining area was developed through a careful balance of sculptural form and tactile warmth. The table acts as an anchor, a singular statement shaped by nature — while the surrounding elements introduce geometry and repetition. Through thoughtful proportion, layered textures, and refined detailing, the space reflects a design philosophy rooted in authenticity and intentionality.

At August Design Consultant, we believe that strong hospitality design comes from continuous learning.
Beyond designing hotels across the region, we actively invest in sending our team to study real hotel environments — because on-site experience provides insights no presentation can offer.

This round, our team visited AC Hotel Tokyo Ginza and KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton, exploring everything from guestroom planning and FF&E detailing to material applications and overall guest experience flow.

Each visit strengthens our design intelligence and ensures that our work remains aligned with global standards, operational practicality, and the evolving expectations of today’s travelers.

Hospitality design never stands still — and neither do we.
