May 30th, 2019, the Administrative Court has launched its very first e-Litigation Portal system. Plaintiffs and defendants can file a case and submit litigation documents through the system.

Just a short note, it is optional to opt in this channel. Both parties can still use the traditional case procedures.

District judge Seah Chi-Ling and Mr. Chan Kok Hoong from the State Courts Singapore are giving a lecture on the International Framework for Court Excellence or IFCE to the judges and officials at the Administrative Court of Thailand on February 9th, 2017.

The Presidents of the three Courts also honor the occasion with their presence at the ceremony, which takes place at the Office of the Constitutional Court, Bangkok on January 31st, 2017.
