วันศุกร์ (7 มี.ค.) หวังอี้ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศของจีน แถลงข่าวนอกรอบการประชุมสภานิติบัญญัติระดับชาติว่าประวัติศาสตร์และความจริงยืนยันว่าไต้หวันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่มิอาจแบ่งแยกได้ของจีน และปี 2025 ตรงกับวาระครบรอบ 80 ปี การฟื้นฟูไต้หวัน
หวังอี้กล่าวว่าชัยชนะจากสงครามต่อต้านการรุกรานของญี่ปุ่นของประชาชนจีนทำให้ไต้หวันกลับมาอยู่ใต้อำนาจอธิปไตยของจีนในปี 1945 ขณะทั้งปฏิญญาไคโรและปฏิญญาพอตส์ดัม ซึ่งออกโดยกลุ่มประเทศชนะสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ระบุชัดเจนว่าไต้หวันเป็นดินแดนที่ญี่ปุ่นขโมยจากจีนและต้องคืนสู่จีน โดยญี่ปุ่นยอมรับเงื่อนไขของปฏิญญาพอตส์ดัมและประกาศยอมจำนนอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข ทั้งหมดนี้ยืนยันอำนาจอธิปไตยของจีนเหนือไต้หวัน และเป็นส่วนสำคัญของระเบียบระหว่างประเทศยุคหลังสงคราม
ข้อมติที่ 2758 ซึ่งสมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติรับรองในปี 1971 ได้แก้ไขประเด็นการเป็นตัวแทนของจีนทั้งหมด รวมถึงไต้หวัน ในองค์การสหประชาชาติ และตัดความเป็นไปได้ในการสร้าง "สองจีน" หรือ "จีนเดียว ไต้หวันเดียว" โดยการอ้างอิงถึงภูมิภาคไต้หวันในองค์การสหประชาชาติคือ "ไต้หวัน มณฑลของจีน" ดังนั้นไต้หวันไม่เคยเป็นประเทศ ไม่ว่าในอดีตหรืออนาคต

The white paper covers the following aspects: ensuring supervision over fentanyl-related medications, striking hard against fentanyl-related crimes, enforcing strict control over precursors of fentanyl-related substances, accelerating technology research, development, and application, adopting comprehensive measures for more efficient drug control, and promoting global governance of fentanyl-related substances. The white paper will help people from various sectors and the international community to understand China’s position, measures and achievements in this field in a full, in-depth and objective way.
