สำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีกำหนดการบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายไร้สาย JumboPlus เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ในวันจันทร์ที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 21:00 ถึง 22:00 น.
🔒 วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อดำเนินการเปลี่ยนใบรับรองความปลอดภัย (Security Certificate) เป็นของ DigiCert ในนาม "Information Technology Service Center" ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการเชื่อมต่อและคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ
⚠️ ผลกระทบต่อผู้ใช้บริการ
▪️ผู้ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่แล้ว: ใช้งานเครือข่ายได้ตามปกติ
▪️ผู้ที่เชื่อมต่อใหม่: อาจจำเป็นต้องยืนยันตัวตนอีกครั้ง
▪️กรณีไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อได้: กรุณาเลือก "Forget Network" แล้วจึงทำการเชื่อมต่อใหม่อีกครั้ง
✅ ภายหลังการบำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ของท่านอาจแสดงการแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับใบรับรองความปลอดภัย ขอความกรุณาดำเนินการดังนี้
▪️โปรดตรวจสอบว่าใบรับรองดังกล่าวออกให้แก่ “Information Technology Service Center” หรือ “jumbo.cmu.ac.th” และออกโดย DigiCert
▪️จากนั้น กดยืนยัน "Trust" หรือ "Connect"
▪️เมื่อดำเนินการเรียบร้อยแล้ว ท่านจะสามารถใช้งานเครือข่ายได้ตามปกติในการเชื่อมต่อครั้งถัดไป
▪️การปรับปรุงครั้งนี้มีผลกับชื่อเครือข่ายไร้สาย (SSID) และ

📢 Important Notice: Wireless Network System (JumboPlus) maintenance
Please be advised that the Information Technology Service Center will conduct scheduled maintenance on the JumboPlus wireless network on Monday, August 18, 2025, between 21:00 and 22:00.
The purpose of this procedure is to replace the security certificate to enhance network security.
During this period, active connections should remain stable, but new connections may require re-authentication. If you are unable to connect, please select “Forget Network” and reconnect.
After the maintenance, you may be prompted to accept a new certificate. Before doing so, please verify that the certificate is issued to “the Information Technology Service Center” or “jumbo.cmu.ac.th” by DigiCert. Once trusted, no further action will be required for future connections.
