The Library and Information Services Center of the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University (TU), was established in 1994 to provide high quality library and information services, through both its collection and its access to worldwide information resources. The services are provided to students, faculty members, researchers and staff to realize the Institute's

Since the establishment of the Library and Information Services Center in 1994, the Institute has spent more than 65 million baht to develop the library collections and library facilities. The Library at Rangsit has a total floor area of 2,518.5 square meters with a seating capacity of 490. A branch library of 1,319 square meters with a seating capacity of 250 was set up for SIIT at Bangkadi in October 2004. At present, the SIIT Library (at Rangsit and Bangkadi) has in total 38,000 volumes of publications and 494 titles of periodicals (technical journals, magazines, and newsletters) with 93 titles (English – 65 titles, Thai – 28 titles) are currently subscribed. The Library also subscribes to 30 titles of ASCE online journals. In addition, SIIT students, faculty members and staff can access ScienceDirect, IEEE/IEE Electronic Library, Dissertation Abstracts Online, ACM Digital Library, and LexisNexis, which have been subscribed by the Office of the Commission for Higher Education for universities in Thailand. Library users can also access SCOPUS and SpringerLink through TU Library.
