✨ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับและได้รับเกียรติจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับนานาชาติ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้าน EHRs สู่การวิจัยทางการแพทย์
🌎 ฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับและได้รับเกียรติจาก Professor Spiros Denaxas ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน Biomedical Informatics จาก University College London (UCL), United Kingdom ในโอกาสมาเยือนคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการนำข้อมูลสุขภาพอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Electronic Health Records: EHRs) มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการวิจัยทางการแพทย์
โดย Professor Spiros Denaxas ดำรงตำแหน่ง Professor of Biomedical Informatics, University College London (UCL) และ Professor of Computational Medicine, Interdisciplinary Transformation University, Austria รวมถึง Associate Director, British Heart Foundation Data Science Centre ซึ่งมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Biomedical Informatics, Computational Medicine และการนำข้อมูลสุขภาพขนาดใหญ่มาใช้ประโยชน์ในงานวิจัย
ภายในงาน Seminar & Interactive Workshop “Translating EHRs into Research” ได้มีการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ในหัวข้อสำคัญ อาทิ การวิจัยด้านสุขภาพโดยใช้ Real-World Evidence (RWE) การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพที่มีความสอดคล้องและเชื่อมโยงกัน รวมถึงแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีสำหรับการใช้ AI ในงานวิจัยด้านสุขภาพ พร้อมกิจกรรม Interactive Workshop เรื่อง Constructing Computable Patient Phenotypes เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะและประสบการณ์ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วม

🌎 The Research and Innovation Division, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, warmly welcomed and was honored to host Professor Spiros Denaxas, a distinguished expert in Biomedical Informatics from University College London (UCL), United Kingdom, on the occasion of his visit to the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University.
The visit provided an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and exchange expertise on translating Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and healthcare data into meaningful medical research.
Professor Spiros Denaxas is Professor of Biomedical Informatics at University College London (UCL), Professor of Computational Medicine at Interdisciplinary Transformation University, Austria, and Associate Director of the British Heart Foundation Data Science Centre. His expertise encompasses Biomedical Informatics, Computational Medicine, health data science, and the application of large-scale healthcare data to research.
As part of the “Translating EHRs into Research” Seminar & Interactive Workshop, Professor Denaxas shared valuable insights on key topics, including Future of Healthcare Research Using Real-World Evidence (RWE), Building a Harmonized Health Data Infrastructure, and Best Practice for AI in Healthcare Research. The event also featured an interactive workshop on Constructing Computable Patient Phenotypes, providing participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
