🛬🌏มาตราการใหม่ การยกเว้นการตรวจลงตรา และการให้สิทธิการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว
📌มีผลบังคับใช้ 15 กันยายน 2569
ตามประกาศกระทรวงมหาดไทย วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 ซึ่งสรุปได้ ดังนี้
(1) ยกเลิก ผ.60-ม.17
(2) ผ.30 ยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว อยู่ได้ไม่เกิน30วัน ทั้งหมด 60 ประเทศ/ดินแดน
(3) ผ.15 ยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว อยู่ได้ไม่เกิน15วัน ทั้งหมด 2 ประเทศ
(4) voa ขอรับการตรวจลงตรา ณ ช่องทางอนุญาต อยูาได้ไม่เกิน15วัน ทั้งหมด 3 ประเทศ
ทั้งนี้ชาวต่างชาติที่เดินทางเข้าไทยด้วยสิทธิยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเดิม(ผ.60-ม.17) จะยังสามารใข้สิทธิอยู่ในประเทศไทยได้จนกว่าระยะเวลาพำนักตามสิทธิเดิมจะสิ้นสุด

NEW Visa Exemption and Visa on Arrival Measures Effective from 15 September 2026
as summarized below:
(1)The previous 60-day visa exemption scheme under ผ.60-ม.17 shall be revoked.
(2)30-Day Visa Exemption (ผ.30)
Nationals and passport holders of 60 countries/territories shall be exempted from visa requirements for tourism purposes and shall be permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period up to 30 days.
(3)15-Day Visa Exemption (ผ.15)
Nationals and passport holders of 2 countries shall be exempted from visa requirements for tourism purposes and shall be permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period up to 15 days.
(4)Visa on Arrival (VOA)
Nationals and passport holders of 3 countries shall be eligible to apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at designated immigration checkpoints and shall be permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period up to 15 days.
⚠️Transitional Provision
Foreign nationals who entered the Kingdom of Thailand under the previous 60-day visa exemption scheme (ผ.60-ม.17) prior to the effective date of the new measures shall remain entitled to stay in the Kingdom until the expiration of the period of stay previously granted under such scheme.
