หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าพลังแสงอาทิตย์ระดับครัวเรือนในหมู่บ้านห่างไกล
- ซื้ออุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ติดตั้งระบบพลังแสงอาทิตย์ และเตรียมอุปกรณ์ในการติดตั้ง
- สอนการติดตั้งให้ช่างในหมู่บ้านและให้ความรู้ลูกค้าในการใช้งานระบบ และสอนทฤษฎีให้กับนักเรียนที่สนใจ
- ประกอบกล่องควบคุมไฟ และอุปกรณ์ในการติดตั้งระบบ
- ขับรถเข้าในหมู่บ้านบนดอย และดูแลรถของบริษัท

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- มีความรู้ หรือประสบการณ์งานช่างต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะงานไฟฟ้า
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่าในสาขาที่เกี่ยวกับช่าง
- ถ้าสามารถใช้ภาษากะเหรี่ยง พม่า และ/หรือ อังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความต้องการอย่างแน่วแน่ในการทำธุรกิจที่มีเป้าหมายเพื่อช่วยเหลือสังคม
- มีความสุขในการเดินทางและสามารถทำงานในพื้นที่ห่างไกลที่ไม่มีไฟฟ้าใช้ได้และออกพื้นที่เป็นระยะเวลา 2-3 สัปดาห์ ต่อครั้งได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้ เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint และอีเมลได้
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ และ/หรือ มอเตอร์ไซค์

Organization: BGET Foundation and SunSawang Co. Ltd. is a social-purpose organization that provides solar energy products and services for rural areas in Thailand and Myanmar, ranging from lanterns, home systems, to larger systems for medical clinics, schools and training centers.

Position: Solar Installation Technician
Location: Mae Sot, Tak province
Starting date: October 2020

Key Responsibilities
- Install solar home systems
- Buy solar equipment in the local stores and prepare equipment for installations and training
- Teach at training: hands-on training for local technician and customers, and theory training for interested students
- Assemble control boxes and other solar components
- Driving and responsible for truck

Desired Qualifications
- Have experience or know about technical knowledge, especially electrical work
- Have associated degree, diploma or equivalent education in the technical related field
- Can speak Karen and Thai, read and write Thai (know Burmese, and/or English is a plus)
- Have strong intention to work in the business with social purposes
- Enjoy traveling and able to work in the remote areas without grid electricity for 2-3 weeks at a time
- Have basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
- Have a driving license for car/truck and/or motorcycle
