Extrication Medic Specialist Program – Crush Injury Management

การนำผู้ประสบภัยออกจากยานพาหนะหรือโครงสร้างที่พังถล่มเป็นเพียงครึ่งหนึ่งของภารกิจเท่านั้น สิ่งที่สำคัญไม่แพ้กันคือการประเมินอาการและดูแลผู้บาดเจ็บที่ได้รับ Crush Injury ซึ่งอาจเป็นอันตรายถึงชีวิต ทั้งก่อน ระหว่าง และหลังการนำออกจากพื้นที่อันตราย
หลักสูตร 3 วันนี้จะสอนทั้งการใช้อุปกรณ์ตัดถ่างอย่างปลอดภัย ควบคู่กับการดูแลและรักษาผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากการถูกกดทับ ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้เรียนรู้การทำงานร่วมกับทีมกู้ภัย การประเมินภาวะ Crush Syndrome ตั้งแต่ระยะเริ่มต้น การให้การรักษาที่เหมาะสม และการตัดสินใจที่ถูกต้องในสถานการณ์จริง เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสรอดชีวิตของผู้บาดเจ็บ
