Roi Et Rajabhat University Announces Applications for the ASEAN–China Young Leaders Scholarship Programme (ACYLS) 2026

**The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, has announced that the Government of the People's Republic of China has offered the ASEAN–China Young Leaders Scholarship Programme (ACYLS) for 2026 to ASEAN member countries to promote the development of young leaders and strengthen educational and academic cooperation between ASEAN countries and the People's Republic of China.**

Therefore, Roi Et Rajabhat University is pleased to announce the application process for this scholarship for civil servants, educational personnel, higher education institution personnel, and personnel from both public and private sectors. The scholarship includes:
• 5 Doctoral Scholarships
• 5 Master's Scholarships
• 2 Short-Term Researcher Exchange Scholarships

✨ Brief Eligibility Requirements:
1. Must be a civil servant, educational personnel, or higher education institution personnel.
2. Must have completed the required educational level for which they are applying. 1. Age not exceeding 45 years.
2. At least 1 year of work experience.
3. Proficiency in English with a score of:
• IELTS at least 6.0 or
• TOEFL at least 80.
4. Not currently receiving another Chinese government scholarship.
5. Meets the admission criteria of the chosen university in the People's Republic of China.
6. Good physical and mental health.

**ด้วยสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม แจ้งว่า รัฐบาลสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนได้เสนอทุนการศึกษา ASEAN–China Young Leaders Scholarship Programme (ACYLS) ประจำปี 2026 ให้แก่ประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำรุ่นใหม่และเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาและวิชาการระหว่างประเทศอาเซียนและสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

ในการนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด ขอประชาสัมพันธ์การรับสมัครทุนดังกล่าว สำหรับข้าราชการ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา บุคลากรในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา รวมถึงบุคลากรจากหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน โดยทุนการศึกษาประกอบด้วย
• ทุนการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก จำนวน 5 ทุน

📌 We invite high school students (grades 7-12) to participate in the 3rd RERU English Proficiency Test at the Rajabhat Day event and RERU Talent: Wisdom Platform for Future Skill Development 2026, “A Platform for Learning, Skills, and Future Innovation.”

The test will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Roi Et Rajabhat University.

The test will be held for 200 participants (no limit on the number of participants from each school; all grades 7-12 students are welcome to apply).
Registration is open from today until February 10, 2026, or until 200 participants have registered.

The list of eligible participants and the test venue will be announced on February 11, 2026, on the page: Language Center RERU.

Roi Et Rajabhat University held a graduation orientation program for the 10th cohort of the Graduate Diploma in Teacher Profession program.
On January 26, 2026, Roi Et Rajabhat University, through the Faculty of Education and Human Development, held a graduation orientation program for the 10th cohort of the Graduate Diploma in Teacher Profession program at the Faculty of Education and Human Development's meeting room. The program aimed to prepare students for graduation and their journey into the teaching profession.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Wichit Kammantakun, President of Roi Et Rajabhat University. Assistant Professor Dr. Satchatham Pornthaveekul, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Human Development, gave a report, and Assistant Professor Dr. Khobfah Chanjarern, Dean of the Graduate School, gave a congratulatory speech to the graduating students.
On this occasion, the President presented an award to exemplary field teachers in education. Certificates were awarded to four students: Ms. Panita Uka, Mr. Kunchalapat Thanapisitkasem, Mr. Parawit Chaiyanek, and Mr. Amorntep Thahaingam.
In addition, certificates of merit were awarded to 12 students who demonstrated volunteerism and selflessness for the common good, in recognition of their good deeds and as positive role models for their fellow students.
Furthermore, a ceremony was held to present certificates to those who passed the Teachers' Council's teacher certification exam. Associate Professor Dr. Chanarong Wisesetsat, the program chairman, congratulated and presented certificates to the 28 students who passed the teacher competency test and evaluation in terms of knowledge and professional experience in the teacher certification subject.
The final part of the project involved a lecture on the process of applying for a teacher's license by Assistant Dean for Teacher Professional Experience Training, Dr. Tivaporn Arkhamnuay, to provide understanding and prepare students for entering the teaching profession in accordance with the regulations of the Teachers' Council.
The project organizers would like to express their gratitude. The six academic advisors who closely supervised and guided the students until their graduation are:
Associate Professor Dr. Saksri Suebsing, Assistant Professor Dr. Khobfah Chanjarern, Assistant Professor Dr. Yuvathida Chapanya, Assistant Professor Dr. Weerayut Chutimarangsarn, Assistant Professor Dr. Phattarawan Khamplae, and Associate Professor Dr. Chanarong Wisesatsat.
We would also like to express our gratitude to the President, the administrators, teaching staff, supervising lecturers, the Graduate School, the Office of Academic Promotion and Lifelong Learning, and all sectors of Roi Et Rajabhat University for their cooperation and support in making this project a success.
