🛬🌏 มาตรการใหม่เกี่ยวกับการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราและการตรวจลงตรา ณ ช่องทางอนุญาต เพื่อการท่องเที่ยว
📌 มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กันยายน 2569
ตามประกาศกระทรวงมหาดไทย ลงวันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 สรุปสาระสำคัญได้ดังนี้
(1) ยกเลิกมาตรการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรได้ไม่เกิน 60 วัน ตามรหัส ผ.60-ม.17
(2) การยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว ระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 30 วัน (ผ.30)
คนต่างด้าวซึ่งเป็นบุคคลสัญชาติและถือหนังสือเดินทางหรือเอกสารใช้แทนหนังสือเดินทางของ 60 ประเทศ/ดินแดน ได้รับการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว และได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรได้ไม่เกิน 30 วัน
(3) การยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว ระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 15 วัน (ผ.15)
คนต่างด้าวซึ่งเป็นบุคคลสัญชาติและถือหนังสือเดินทางหรือเอกสารใช้แทนหนังสือเดินทางของ 2 ประเทศ ได้รับการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว และได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรได้ไม่เกิน 15 วัน
(4) การตรวจลงตรา ณ ช่องทางอนุญาต (Visa on Arrival: VOA)
คนต่างด้าวซึ่งเป็นบุคคลสัญชาติและถือหนังสือเดินทางหรือเอกสารใช้แทนหนังสือเดินทางของ 3 ประเทศ สามารถยื่นคำขอรับการตรวจลงตรา ณ ช่องทางอนุญาต และได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรได้ไม่เกิน 15 วัน
⚠️ บทเฉพาะกาล
คนต่างด้าวที่เดินทางเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรก่อนวันที่มาตรการใหม่มีผลบังคับใช้ โดยได้รับสิทธิยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราตามมาตรการเดิม ซึ่งอนุญาตให้พำนักได้ไม่เกิน 60 วัน (ผ.60-ม.17) ยังคงสามารถพำนักอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรได้จนกว่าจะสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาที่ได้รับอนุญาตเดิม

🛬🌏 NEW VISA EXEMPTION AND VISA ON ARRIVAL MEASURES FOR TOURISM
📌 Effective from 15 September 2026
Pursuant to the Notifications of the Ministry of Interior dated 26 August 2026, the key measures are summarized as follows:
(1) Revocation of the previous 60-day visa exemption measure (ผ.60-ม.17)
The previous visa exemption measure for tourism purposes, which permitted eligible foreign nationals to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for up to 60 days, shall be revoked.
(2) 30-Day Visa Exemption (ผ.30)
Nationals and passport or travel-document holders of 60 countries/territories shall be exempted from visa requirements for tourism purposes and permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days.
(3) 15-Day Visa Exemption (ผ.15)
Nationals and passport or travel-document holders of 2 countries shall be exempted from visa requirements for tourism purposes and permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period not exceeding 15 days.
(4) Visa on Arrival (VOA)
Nationals and passport or travel-document holders of 3 countries shall be eligible to apply for a Visa on Arrival at designated immigration checkpoints and shall be permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period not exceeding 15 days.
⚠️ TRANSITIONAL PROVISION
Foreign nationals who entered the Kingdom of Thailand before the effective date of the new measures under the previous 60-day visa exemption measure (ผ.60-ม.17) shall remain entitled to stay in the Kingdom until the expiration of the period of stay previously granted.
