🌊🛥️ ฝ่าพายุคลื่นลมแรง... เพราะทุกชีวิตของประชาชนคือสิ่งสำคัญที่สุด! 🤰✨🏥
โรงพยาบาลเกาะเต่าร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่าย ปฏิบัติการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินวิกฤต (Refer เคสแดง) ท่ามกลางอุปสรรคทางธรรมชาติอย่างหนัก เนื่องจากมีพายุ คลื่นลมในทะเลรุนแรงและสูงมาก จนเรือโดยสารและเรือสปีดโบ๊ททั่วไปในพื้นที่ไม่สามารถออกเดินทางได้
เคสนี้เป็นผู้ป่วยหญิงชาวเมียนมา อายุ 32 ปี ตั้งครรภ์ 38 สัปดาห์ มีอาการความดันโลหิตสูง ปวดศีรษะ ตาลาย ขาบวม และเจ็บท้อง โดยแพทย์ตรวจวินิจฉัยพบภาวะ "ครรภ์เป็นพิษ" ซึ่งเป็นอันตรายรุนแรงต่อทั้งคุณแม่และทารกในครรภ์ จำเป็นต้องส่งตัวเข้ารับการรักษาต่อยังโรงพยาบาลเกาะสมุยโดยด่วนที่สุด
เมื่อเผชิญข้อจำกัดเรื่องพายุคลื่นลมแรง โรงพยาบาลเกาะเต่าไม่เคยยอมแพ้ต่ออุปสรรค เพราะเรามุ่งมั่นทำทุกวิถีทางเพื่อความปลอดภัยของประชาชนทุกคน จึงได้ประสานงานไปยังศูนย์นเรนทรอ่าวไทย (1669) และได้รับความช่วยเหลืออย่างทันท่วงทีจากศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเลภาค 2 (ศรชล.ภาค 2) ในการสนับสนุนเรือ ต.268 จากกองทัพเรือภาคที่ 2 ออกปฏิบัติการแล่นฝ่าพายุและคลื่นลมแรงกลางดึกมารับตัวผู้ป่วยที่เกาะเต่าในช่วงเช้ามืด และลำเลียงส่งถึงสถานีเรือสมุยเพื่อส่งตัวเข้ารับการรักษาต่อ ณ โรงพยาบาลเกาะสมุยได้อย่างปลอดภัยในเวลา 09.00 น.
นี่คือสิ่งยืนยันว่า โรงพยาบาลเกาะเต่าทำทุกอย่างด้วยหัวใจเพื่อประชาชน ไม่ว่าจะเผชิญกับสภาพอากาศที่ยุ่งยากหรือคลื่นลมพายุจะแรงเพียงใด เราพร้อมร่วมมือกับทุกหน่วยงาน ทลายทุกข้อจำกัด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าประชาชนทุกคนบนเกาะแห่งนี้จะได้รับการดูแลรักษาชีวิตและสุขภาพอย่างดีที่สุดในทุกนาทีวิกฤต 🤍🐢

🌊🛥️ Braving Severe Storms at Sea... Because Every Life in Our Community Matters Most! 🤰✨🏥
Koh Tao Hospital, in collaboration with our network partners, successfully executed an overnight emergency patient transfer (Red Case) amidst extreme weather conditions. Due to a severe storm with heavy seas and high waves, general passenger boats and speedboats were completely unable to operate.
The patient, a 32-year-old pregnant Myanmar national at 38 weeks of gestation, presented with severe hypertension, headache, dizziness, leg swelling, and abdominal pain. She was diagnosed with Preeclampsia—a critical condition posing serious risks to both mother and unborn baby, requiring immediate specialized care at Koh Samui Hospital.
Faced with storm limitations, Koh Tao Hospital never gives up when it comes to the safety and well-being of the people. We coordinated with the Gulf of Thailand Narenthorn EMS Center (1669) and received immediate assistance from the Thai Maritime Enforcement Command Center Region 2 (Thai MECC Region 2). Royal Thai Navy Vessel Tor.268 from Navy Region 2 was dispatched overnight through rough seas, arriving at Koh Tao in the early morning to receive the patient and safely transport her to Samui Naval Station by 09:00 AM for continued treatment at Koh Samui Hospital.
This mission reaffirms that Koh Tao Hospital does everything for the people. No matter how fierce the storm or high the waves, we stand ready to overcome all obstacles to ensure that everyone in our community receives safe, equal, and timely emergency care. 🤍🐢
