Both TMO Personal Property & Passenger Travel offices will be closed on 5 Nov for an official training day. If you have a HHG pickup or delivery scheduled, be advised it will still take place.

DON’T LET YOUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS BE THE REASON YOU’RE STUCK AT INCIRLIK LONGER THAN YOU WANT TO BE!

As soon as you receive orders, visit our SharePoint https://usaf.dps.mil/sites/39abw/MSG/LRS/LGRD2/TMO/Personal%20Property/SitePages/Home.aspx to download our Personal Property (PPTY) Worksheet. Once completed, you have 2 options.
1. You can email it to our org box [email protected] with a copy of your orders
2. You can hand carry it to our office with 3 copies of your orders.
Upon receipt, we will schedule you for one of our Mass Briefings (if you are retiring or separating, you will be scheduled for a one-on-one brief). You must attend a briefing before you can get flight reservations and briefings are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING IN MOVE.MIL/DPS. We will do it for you!

Anyone doing a outbound shipment will need a TMO POA (contact the Legal Office to get one). This is required by Turkish Customs to clear your shipment.
Bring this to your briefing. If you are PCSing to any base in Europe, you must also bring a paper copy of your Driver’s License (front and back) or Passport -Also required by Customs to clear your shipment.
If you show up to the brief without these, you will be turned away and rescheduled.

Beyanname Clearance Letters:
There is a Turkish Law stating ALL outbound shipments are REQUIRED to clear Turkish Customs prior to you leaving the installation. Because of this, you will need to have a Beyanname Clearance Letter in hand to finalize plane tickets with Passenger Travel and for your final out with MPF!
Your Beyanname Clearance Letters should be ready 10 business days after your shipment has picked up, regardless if you have Beyanname items or not!!
The Customs Liaison Office (CLO) will post a DAILY list of whose Beyanname Clearance Letters are ready for pick up to their SharePoint site. Once your name is on the list, you must physically come and pick it up.

NO ORDERS? Unfortunately, you cannot start the TMO process until you have them.
Not doing a shipment from Turkey? Stop by with a copy of your orders to get your Beyanname Clearance Letter (only if you don’t have items on your Beyanname list)

Even though our office is closed in observance of Junteenth, the carriers are still working. If you have your Household Goods scheduled to deliver or pick up today, 18 June, you must be at your residence from 0800-1700. If you are not present at the time of pick up or delivery, you can get charged an attempted pick up/delivery fee.
