Mira-Creative Women in the Labor Market Project International Conference, Izmir, Türkiye.

The final International Conference of

"MIRA-Creative Women in Labor Market Project" was held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in Izmir, Türkiye. The project is being carried on under the

coordination of the Izmir Governorship and within the partnership structure of the United Kingdom, Portugal, Romania, and two more organisations from Turkiye (the Izmir University of Economics and the Agean Business Women Association). The main agenda of the conference was to bring together Protocol, leaders, stakeholders, businesses, organisations, and participants for the final conference of the project.

Kingston Wadokai has participated in the Erasmus+ KA2 Mira project since its very start (2 years ago). Kingston Wadokai's team has played a major role in the implementation of creating a curriculum, a toolkit for trainers, organising and, delivering a TPM in Hull, UK, and the dissemination of the project's activities.

Mira-Creative Women in the Labor Market Project International Conference, Izmir, Türkiye.
The final international conference of the "MIRA-Creative Women in Labor Market Project" was held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in Izmir, Türkiye.
The project is being carried out under the coordination of the Izmir Governorship and within the partnership structure of the United Kingdom, Portugal, Romania, and two more organizations from Turkiye (the Izmir University of Economics and the Agean Business Women Association).
The main agenda of the conference was to bring together Protocol, leaders, stakeholders, businesses, organizations, and participants for the final conference of the project.

I would like to personally thank the high school students of Özel İzmir Dokuz Eylül Koleji, Izmir, for their voluntary support in ensuring that the conference was a success. As their teacher, I am so proud of their achievements and attitude. It is always so special to see how far our youth have grown in confidence and stature. Some of these students will graduate this year, some will go back home to Hatay and some will continue the journey with me.

Creative Women in Labor Market "MIRA"
Erasmus+ KA227 Strategic Partnership for Creativity. Project Number: 2020-1-TR01-KA227-ADU-098492
Dear friends, I am calling for your support and participation.
I really need your help. I am looking for 30 adult women 18 plus from the Hull area of the UK, to complete an online questionnaire that is linked to employability in the Labour Market.
From the results received, through a process of answers provided, and through the Erasmus+ funds, I will provide flights and accommodation for 3 adult women to travel to Izmir, Türkiye to receive free employability training. I will be there as part of the training team in delivering quality training.
The dates that the training will be provided are January 22nd to January 28th, 2023. All Flights and accommodation will be paid for.
Please, even if you do not want to attend, I would really appreciate it if you would complete the online questionnaire, share, like and tell your friends and family.
People that know me are aware that my passion is to help and support youth and adults in upskilling/reskilling and improving their employability skills. Times are hard for everyone, and every bit of help that we can provide can make such a positive impact on people who are struggling. Coming from a family where my mother had a physical disability, was low-skilled, low-qualified, had fewer opportunities, and struggled all her life, my passion was born to help and support women like her who want sustainable employability, want to make a difference, and want to make a positive impact on others.
Please, spare just a few minutes to complete the questionnaire as it will make such a positive outcome in supporting women across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

EN- 3rd Transnational Partners Meeting of MIRA-Creative Women in Labor Market Project was held on 23-24 November 2022 in Portugal. The project s being carried on under the coordination of İzmir Governorship and within the partnership structure of the United Kingdom Portugal, Romania and two more organisations from Turkiye (Izmir University of Economics Agean Business Women Association). The main agenda of the meeting was the evaluation of the works related to the past period, the planning of the training program to be held in Turkey in January 2023 and the intellectual outputs of the project, in which representatives from all partners fully attended. Within the scope of , a round meeting with businesswomen members of Karşıyaka Business Women Association is organised to disseminate the Mira Project to a wide network of target groups. Participants met at the breakfast to discuss the agenda. Deputy Governor of Izmir Governorship, Hulusi Doğan, presided over the meeting. Mira Project's Intellectual Outputs and Erasmus+ Program were presented during the meeting.
