🗣Road Rehabilitation Continues in Carenage🚜

Dear Residents,
As we continue to execute the strategic objectives of our Member of Parliament for PNM - Diego Martin West the Honourable Dr Keith Rowley through a series of rehabilitative works throughout the Chaguaramas/Pt Cumana district and environs.

Currently, we are rotating between Upper Abbe Poujade street & Upper Neckles drive respectively to ensure that instances where replacements, repairs or upgrades are warranted is being undertaken at a high standard of delivery.

Fellow residents, thank you for your hospitality and cooperation to accommodate the primary and secondary contractors as we work together to improve the levels of infrastructure within our beloved community.

Please be advised that the leak on the Western Main Road was reported to WASA around 2:00am this morning.

In that regard a work team has been schedule to repair the issue today based on the most logical traffic flow outside our peak periods during the day.

As always please exercise caution in the vicinity of Highland Plaza and lookout for directions from the relevant authorities.

🗣Diego Martin Borough Corporation Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony>>>

Residents and Children from the Borough of Diego Martin enjoyed the spirit of the Christmas season at the Diego Martin Borough Corporation annual tree lighting ceremony.

Her Worship, The Mayor, Alderman Akeliah Glasgow-Warner: Diego Martin was delighted to share the 1st spirit of Christmas cheer as a Borough under the watchful eyes of a beautiful cluster of stars.

A lovely evening for the families of the various communities within the borough as well as friends of the borough coming from from all parts of TT🇹🇹.

Witnessing the host of activities like face painting, bouncy castles, free eye testing, tasty treats and ice delights. The event burst into jubilation much to the entertainment provided by some sweet parang music from St. Peter's RC Primary - Pt Cumana, Carenage Parang group, Afeisha Brown & Amor Puru Parang group from Paramin and the Spree Simon Harmonies Steelband.

The culmination of this auspicious occasion ended with the illumination of a spectacle for the eyes to behold as Mayor Glagow-Warner ignited the 100ft tree which resulted in further revel by the children and adults. A magical moment in time was recorded among the many milestones at this historic site.
