Here are some ways you can make sure the food you eat is safe:
🍲When preparing meals, separate raw and cooked food to ensure that your food is safe for consumption
🍲Wash your hands before handling food as well as during food preparation.
🍲Keep your foods at the right temperatures. Hot food should be kept and served hot and foods that require refrigeration should be kept in the refrigerator.

Donated blood from just one (1) person could save up to three (3) lives.
Here are some things you need to know about blood donation:
🩸The donor must be in good health.
🩸The minimum age limit for donating blood is 17 years, with consent. There is no upper age limit for donating blood.
🩸The screening procedure at the Blood Bank will determine your eligibility to donate blood.
🩸The donor should weigh more than one hundred and ten (110) pounds.

Hand hygiene can prevent the contraction and spread of viruses such as influenza.
