The Port of Spain Young Adult Library (POSYA) is located on the ground floor of the National Library Building, Port of Spain. POSYA is managed by the Public Libraries Division of the National Library and Information Systems Authority.

The Young Adult Library seeks to provide transition from children’s to adult services based on the unique needs of young adults, between the ages of 13 and 17, by addressing their educational, informational, cultural, and leisure time needs.
Mission: To provide an international standard of service that delivers equitable access to information in all formats through highly capable and motivated staff, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and facilities to support the developmental and recreational needs of Trinidad and Tobago.

Studying can happen in many different ways or form and based on research, it has been proven that information is absorbed when it is done in shorter intervals as compared to studying for extremely long periods.
