Port of Spain Young Adult Library The Port of Spain Young Adult Library (POSYA) is located on the ground floor of the National Library Building, Port of Spain.

POSYA is managed by the Public Libraries Division of the National Library and Information Systems Authority. The Young Adult Library seeks to provide transition from children’s to adult services based on the unique needs of young adults, between the ages of 13 and 17, by addressing their educational, informational, cultural, and leisure time.
