Like all of you, we were shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic loss of the Minister in the Ministry of Education and MP for D'Abadie/O'Meara, The Honourable Lisa Morris-Julian and members of her family to a fire this morning. The EU Delegation offers our deepest condolences to her family, friends, colleagues as well as to the Government and people of Trinidad and Tobago.
