The Association provides an umbrella organisation for firefighters in the Caribbean by presenting a united body.

The executive of the Caribbean Association of Fire Fighters (CAFF) has been informed that the Military Funeral Service of the late Acting Station Officer Grantley Alvin Greene (Barbados Fire Service) will take place at the Mount of Praise Wesleyan Holiness Church, Tudor Bridge, St. Michael on Friday 9th October 2020 at 0900hrs.

Burial will be at the St. Joseph Parish Cemetery.

His body will repose at the Arch Hall Fire Station for viewing today Thursday 8th October, 2020 from 1600hrs to 1800hrs.

The President, executive and member territories of the Caribbean Association of Fire Fighters (CAFF) mourns the passing of a brother, father, comrade and a former President of CAFF, Mr. Grantley Greene of the Barbados Fire Service. Mr. Greene was elected CAFF's President on Thursday October 24, 2013 at Gros Islet, St. Lucia during the regional Association's bi-ennial conference. He served as President for the tenure 2013 - 2015 succeeding Mr. Alex Bynoe in the post. Condolences to the Barbados Fire Service, Mr. Greene's family, friends and well wishers. RIP brother, your legacy is forever etched in our minds. (See captions below each photo).

The Executive, Territorial Representatives and member territories of the Caribbean Association of Fire Fighters take time out to wish Chief Everette O'Garro of the St. Kitts and Nevis Fire and Rescue Services a happy birthday and many blessings on this special day.
