FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR HOMEOWNERS | SAVING FOR A DOWN PAYMENT 💰🏠

Saving for a down payment is an important milestone on the path to homeownership. Developing good saving habits, setting realistic financial goals, and planning ahead can help you prepare for the costs associated with purchasing a home.

The required down payment may vary depending on your financial institution and the mortgage product you choose. Speaking with your preferred lender can help you better understand the financing options available to you.

For more information on budgeting, saving, and financial planning, visit the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago's Public Education Hub: https://www.central-bank.org.tt/public-education/

As Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we remind all men that taking care of their mental health is not a weakness, it is an essential part of overall well-being.

Remember to check in with your brothers, fathers, sons and friends.
Together, we can raise awareness, encourage support, and remind men that help is available, and they do not have to face challenges alone.
