A young, new, vibrant and fresh individual who holds a Bachelors degree (magna cm laude) within Education and the specialization of Agriculture from the University of Trinidad and Tobago. Over the past few years working towards my Bachelors Degree, I found it fitting at that time, throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, I found myself in view of the several factors of a lack of representation, a lack o
f leadership and more so, a crumbling electoral district that was becoming more and more bleak. Over the past few years, I took it upon myself a quest to find the key issues being faced apart from a Councillor who has lost touch and lost what it is to be a service man to his fellow electorates startling neglect and a "doh care" attitude for the people. For 20+ years, the people of New Grant Tableland voted for an individual immune to the treat of P.N.M candidate and more so, people who views him as the only hope to help them has failed over and over and over and over again. Now is the time to present ourselves with someone who will not allow this to happen again. Now is the time for the people of New Grant Tableland to rise up from the race vote, from the vote of neglect, from the vote of pick pocketing and VOTE for CHANGE. MY People, it is time we ALL rise from this careless, uncaring, unreliable Councillor who has NO care for YOUTH formation, NO care for YOUTH PROGRAMS, NO CARE for our Children's FUTURE, NO CARE for the ones who cast a ballot, NEVER in OFFICE but riding CORPORATION VEHICLE up and down our electoral district, a man who NEVER shows his face to the public, a Councillor who NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU THE PEOPLE, a Councillor who NEVER has TIME, a Councillor who NEVER responds to phone calls and emails, a Councillor who STUDIES HIMSELF and NOT THE PEOPLE and last but not least a Councillor who is NOT WORTHY OF YOUR VOTE! I promise you the people of the Electoral District of New Grant Tableland, while the Covid pandemic has us down, the people who were interested in you were working behind the scenes to encompass the issues and hindrance of the people and to you, I am please to report over 80 goals and a Milestone Proposal sheet revolving around YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, HUMAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH, RURAL DEVELOPMENT and INFRASTRUCTURE, AGRICULTURE, SPORTS AND ACADEMIA, A MEN and WOMAN SUPPORT GROUP, PHYSICAL EDUCATION, THE ARTS, MUSIC, CULTURE and DRIVES, AID and COMPETITIONS to name a few. It is up to you my people of the Electoral district to make the best and right choice. It's only up to you that can make the proper change, get the proper representative, receive a new Councillor who is young and in touch with the Youths and elders alike, who understands the basis of representation and giving back to ALL of his ELECTORAL DISTRICT. August 14th, 2023, you have the chance to make a leap of faith for the youths and children in society. Let us think about an electoral district filled with real life chances and opportunities and where Local Government Reform can help change the way we govern ourselves at a local level. We the people of NEW GRANT TABLELAND are fed up of the lack of communication, resources, work, representation and high profile life this OLD out of touch Councillor is delivering. KICK OUT THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW for our youths depends on it for a better life to walk on smoothly paved roads.
