In 2002, BPTT greatly enhanced the progressive relationship it had with the people of Mayaro when it transformed a company employee sports and cultural club in the area, into a public service complex as a gift to the people of Mayaro. The Mayaro Resource Centre strives to provide the highest quality of service to the people of Mayaro. These encompass educational (UWI), entrepreneurship (MIPED), sports, cultural and social initiatives.
