Port of Spain, Trinidad – The Ministry of Culture and Community Development (MCCD) issues this update as a follow-up to the Holding Statement released on Monday, September 8, 2025 which confirmed that four (4) smoke bombs were set off on-stage, disrupting the La Reine Rive Self-Expression and Talent Finals of the Prime Minister’s Best Village Trophy Competition at the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts (SAPA) last Saturday, September 6, 2025.
