Yesterday’s “Becoming a Councillor” event, hosted by the Heliconia Foundation and expertly organized by Eric Hopkins III, was nothing short of inspiring.
We were honoured by the presence of our Political Leader, whose journey reminded us that every great leader starts somewhere and yes, even she once began as a Councillor.
From former Chairmen to past and present Councillors, the room was filled with wisdom, experience, and real stories that made this path feel not only possible, but exciting.
If you’ve ever thought about serving your community, this is your sign the journey starts with a single step.

Calling myself the worst fielder… but still part of a winning team 😅🏆
Proof that you don’t have to be perfect to be part of something great. Taking videos and fielding! Claxton Bay constituency cricket .🏏

However, we won!!!!
