On 18th August 2026, the Department of Labour was proud to be part of a series of training sessions hosted by the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Department at the Shaw Park Cultural Complex. 📚✨

One of the key topics addressed was Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, presented by the Director of Manpower and Labour Relations, Mr. Elon Mayo. 🎤

At the Department of Labour, we remain dedicated to collaboration and partnership with Departments and Divisions across the Tobago House of Assembly, as well as the private sector, as we work together to build, empower and strengthen Tobago’s workforce. 💼💪🏽

Because creating better workplaces takes all of us. Together, we can promote workplaces that are safe, respectful, inclusive and empowering. 🌟🤝🏽
