efficient operation of all Village and Community
Councils and for conducting all affairs of the
Association within its particular area subject to the
dictates of the Constitution 'Community development' connotes the processes by which the efforts of the people themselves are united with those of governmental authorities to

improve the economic, social and cultural conditions of the communities. This complex of processes is then made up of : the participation of the people to improve their level of living with as much reliance as possible on their own initiative and the provision of technical and other services in ways which ebcourage initiative, self-help and mutual aid.- United Nations' definition.

It is with deep regret that we inform you that the "We Outside" Event carded for Saturday 29th August 2026 has been postponed. This decision was made at the Branch Association's Event Planning Meeting held on Thursday 20th August 2026.

The vision for this event has always been to increase participation among all our units, thereby building a stronger St. Patrick.

The Executive continues to strive towards supporting and strengthening our movement.

A new date for the event will be communicated in due course.

In closing, we ask for your continued engagement, as your participation is essential to achieving our shared goals.
