當時民國78~87年間農園有機農產品生產頗具規模並對同業間傳授技術以及輔導,農園當時品嚐新鮮農產品的料理油漆林秀蘭成立當時農村烹飪菜餚~田媽媽餐廳由政府資金經營策略的輔導譽名一時頗受當地食客的喜好以農園休閒化的概念經營農園
但經喪偶之痛的楊朝永先生,那時農園區的經營運作幾乎停擺農作物餐廳園區的經營一度受挫楊先生內心百感交集,歷經數年後的調適心情的撫平,思考如何將這農園區在度啟動營運恢復有機農作物的生產,決心將全力重整重建農園區並無條件的開放給社會大眾團體一個休閒觀光農園並將有機農作物優質生產共應給當地農作物生產中心將技術傳承下去
目前有機農產品經驗證管理和的栽種的品種~包葉菜 豆菜 短期菜葉 根莖菜 瓜菜 果菜 大醬果 小醬果 咖啡 其他(刺五加 羊奶頭 麵包果 波羅蜜 紅林投 芭樂芯)等

園區
內有一餐廳咖啡休閒是一二樓有待正修裝潢餐所使用的時才是當地有機農產品,以提供來賓享用最新鮮營養的餐點,除了有機農作的烹飪,園區內也有一窯可稱是縣內最大的窯,農村的生活園區少不了窯,窯的運用很有農村味道~烤烹飪披撒 控窯雞 燒地瓜 這是體驗鄉村最好的方式之一園區內面積廣大可用之處很廣氣需從新整理規美觀需要多位有製的朋友一起共襄盛舉,使秀蘭馬雅農園再度成為觀光休閒的亮點休憩區
