Visits and Educational/Recreational Activities:
1. On May 8, the facility conducted a group counseling session on stress management for elderly inmates.
2. On May 13, the facility, in collaboration with the Financial Supervisory Commission, invited Assistant Manager Tsai Chia-Yi from the Hualien Branch of E.SUN Bank to conduct a seminar on financial management, debt management, and fraud prevention.
3. On May 14, the facility conducted a mindfulness-based cognitive group counseling session for inmates.
4. On May 15, the facility conducted a mindfulness and life resilience group counseling session for inmates convicted of fraud-related offenses.
5. On May 15, the facility invited Venerable Heng-Yun and other representatives from Amitabha Monastery to conduct a Yunshui Bathing the Buddha Ceremony.
6. On May 20, the facility invited Psychologist Lai Yun-Teng from the Yuli Employment Counseling Center to conduct an employment assistance program for rehabilitated individuals under protection.
7. On May 22, the facility conducted a group counseling session on stress management for long-term inmates.
8. On May 22, the facility invited Instructor Kuan Hsiu-Sun, Home Economics Advisor of the Chishang Township Farmers' Association in Taitung County, to conduct a group counseling session for elderly and disabled inmates featuring the making of handmade Snow Q Cakes.
9. On May 13, 14, and 22, students and faculty members from the Active Aging Program of Tzu Chi University, as well as the Departments of Sociology and Law of National D**g Hwa University, visited the facility.
10. On May 26, the facility, in collaboration with the Hualien County Family Education Center, invited Executive Director Lin Hsin-Ying from Narconon Yunlin Drug Rehabilitation Center to conduct two lectures on family relationship restoration and communication skills in Chinese families.
11. On May 28, the facility convened a volunteer supervision meeting and invited Psychologist Li Yun-Ru from 31 Counseling Center to conduct the 2026 Volunteer Training Program.
