National Taiwan Ocean University 國立臺灣海洋大學，簡稱臺灣海大、臺海大、海洋大學或海大，是位於中華民國基隆市的國立大學。

國立臺灣海洋大學（英語：National Taiwan Ocean University，NTOU），簡稱海大，是臺灣一所國立大學，每年榮獲「獎勵大學教學卓越計畫」的補助，同時也是「邁向頂尖大學計畫」5年500億補助的重點大學。是臺灣在海洋相關領域之最高學府，位於基隆市中正區八尺門海濱的綜合大學，佔地三十餘公頃，倚山面海，與和平島及碧砂漁港等景點相臨。
