透過計劃的執行，為弱勢兒少與青少年構建一個安全學習場域，藉由課後陪伴、到宅訪視關懷、生命品格教育、兒少培力團體課程及多元家庭支持計劃，促進弱勢兒童與他人相處、合作能力及建立正向價值觀，讓他們有機會找到自信心並得到家人的肯定，讓偏鄉兒少培養自學動力、生活自理能力、增進自信心的目標。
當生命影響生命，有了正向的循環，我們在成就自已的同時，成就更多的人，彰顯生命的意義，也讓每一塊錢有了別具意義的價值。
