without TVs,

• While playing and riding a bike, we have never worn a helmet.
• Before school we played, and again after school, until dusk and hardly ever watched television.
• We played with real friends, not virtual friends.
• If we were thirsty, we would drink tap water, or water from the hose, not mineral water.
• We never worried even as we shared the same cup of juice with four friends.
• We never gained weight by eating plates of pasta every day.
• Nothing happened to our feet despite roaming barefoot.
• We never used food supplements to stay healthy.
• We used to make our own toys and play with them.
• Our parents were not rich. They gave love, not stuff.
• We never had a cell phone, DVD, game console, Xbox, video game, PC, internet, chat . . . but we had true friends.
• We VISITED FRIENDS WITHOUT BEING INVITED and shared and enjoyed the food with them.
• Parents lived nearby to take advantage of family time.
• We may have had black and white photos, but you can find colorful memories in them.
• We are a unique and the most understanding generation, because we are the LAST GENERATION THAT LISTENED TO THEIR PARENTS.
And we are also the FIRST ONES WHO LISTEN TO THEIR CHILDREN.

Mountains aren’t just beautiful. They are insane struggle, challenge, and sometimes disappointment as well, yung tipong nabubudol ka 10 minutes nalang. or ung may sumisigaw "PEAK NA" di pa pala. 🤣

QICHONGTIAN WATERFALLS ( Lileng waterfalls) is one of the best tourist destination in guguan. The Qichongtian Waterfalls which contain seven unique waterfalls na pwedeng paliguan. malapit lang sa highway kayat napakadali lang pasyalan.

HOT TO GET THERE:

📍📍From Taichung station (Fuxing Intersection) take a bus # 850 at 6am via guguan. then Drop to DADAOYUAN then deretso lang kayo ng mga 300 meters hanggang makita niyo yung kalsada sa right side (see photos) if ever mag cacamp kayo.

📍From Fengyuan bus station take bus #207 Via Guguan and drop to DADAOYUAN station. yung pinakamaaga pong bus is 7:50 and mahaba ang pila specially weekends.

📍From AUO, suggest ko is from MAPPLE GARDEN (chaoma) bus #153 via GUGUAN then drop to DADAOYUAN station. yung pinakamaaga naman po is 6am bus #153 SUB-ROUTE then the next bus #153 is 7:30am. You can also take this bus at HSR Taichung station at 7am.

If plan niyo lang is ma visit yung falls at maligo, baba kayo sa lileng station at tumawid kayo sa tulay na RED . dun sa dulo ang daan papasoksa waterfalls.

NOTE: If you are planning to go on camping please be advice to camp on durable surfaces. dispose of waste properly, leave what you find, respect wildlife and consider other visitors. at pinaka importante LEAVE NO TRACE.
