對於尚未獲得理想錄取的學生，Clearing是2026年入學的最後機會。
For students who have not yet secured an ideal offer, Clearing represents the final opportunity for 2026 entry.
UCAS Clearing（英國大學補錄程序）是指英國大學在常規招生結束後，將尚未錄滿的課程名額重新開放給學生的招生流程。通常在7月至9月進行，適合以下情況的學生：
UCAS Clearing is the process by which UK universities reopen unfilled course places to students after the main admissions cycle. It typically runs from July to September and is suitable for students who:
● 未達到第一志願或保底志願的錄取條件
Did not meet the conditions of their firm or insurance choice
● 6月30日之後才提交UCAS申請
Submitted their UCAS application after 30 June
● 高考放榜後決定轉向英國留學
Decided to pursue UK study after their Gaokao results were released
已獲得Offer但決定放棄，希望尋找更適合的課程
Received an offer but decided to decline it in search of a more suitable course

To provide faster admissions support for you and your students, First Study has established an exclusive Clearing Fast-Track process, with a dedicated team handling all Clearing-related enquiries, eligibility assessments, and admissions recommendations.
FS Clearing 三大服務承諾 | FS Clearing Three Service Commitments
1. 60-90分鐘內完成初步資格評估 | 60-90 Minute Initial Eligibility Assessment
於服務時段（週一至週五，每日24小時）收到Clearing咨詢後，將於60-90分鐘內完成初步資格評估，並提供評估結果或明確的下一步建議。
During service hours (Monday to Friday, 24 hours a day), we will complete an initial eligibility assessment within 60-90 minutes of receiving a Clearing enquiry, and provide the assessment result or clear next-step recommendations.
若學生初步符合資格，將核發Assessment Letter（資格評估信），並提供建議的升學方案。
If a student is preliminarily eligible, we will issue an Assessment Letter and provide recommended study pathway options.
2. 符合資格學生最快可於當日取得Offer | Same-Day Offer for Eligible Students
若學生符合入學資格，且於規定時間內提交完整申請資料，招生團隊將盡力於當日核發Offer。（實際錄取仍須完成一般招生審查及相關合規程序。）
If a student meets the admission requirements and submits a complete application within the specified timeframe, the Admissions Team will endeavour to issue an offer on the same day. (Actual admission remains subject to full admissions review and compliance procedures.)
3. 全程招生咨詢支援 | Full Admissions Support
資格評估信內將附有 Book a Call 預約鏈接，符合資格的學生可預約與英國所有合作院校招生團隊進行一對一咨詢，在考慮升學、提出申請或確認就讀期間，獲得即時且專業的協助。
The Assessment Letter will include a Book a Call link, allowing eligible students to book a one-on-one consultation with our UK partner university admissions teams, receiving immediate and professional support throughout their decision-making and application process.

提交資料後的處理流程 | Process After Submission
收到咨詢後，將進行初步評估，並提供評估結果或建議的下一步，可能包括：
Upon receiving an enquiry, we will conduct a preliminary assessment and provide assessment results or recommended next steps, which may include:
● 確認學生初步符合入學資格，並核發資格評估信）
Confirming preliminary eligibility and issuing an Assessment Letter
● 要求補充相關資料或文件
Requesting supplementary information or documents
● 提供其他合適的升學方案或課程選項
Offering alternative study pathway or course options
● 將較複雜或介於錄取標準邊緣（borderline）的申請，優先轉交英國 Clearing 專業團隊進一步審查
Prioritising more complex or borderline applications for further review by the UK Clearing specialist team
若已確認學生符合錄取資格，直接提交正式申請，並上傳相關文件，同時附上 Assessment Letter，以協助招生團隊完成當日核發 Offer。
Once a student's eligibility is confirmed, we will submit a formal application with all required documents, together with the Assessment Letter, to assist the Admissions Team in issuing a same-day offer.
