本宮供奉【道教三十六官將】「鄞」、「何」、「李」、 「紀」四位女神。其法力高強，且以坤德化民，故尊稱為【仙姑娘媽】。建廟至今約四百年餘，為【西港刈香】發源地。非官方站。
