社團法人基隆市勞資和諧促進會

社團法人基隆市勞資和諧促進會 宗旨：

一、促進勞資和諧，研究勞動法令。
二、協助勞資爭議之調處
三、

本會之任務如下：

一、接受及協助政府機關擔任協調及協調人角色，處理勞資糾紛。

二、協助勞方爭取勞工法定之權益及諮詢，協助資方處理勞資相關問題及排解勞資爭議。

三、接受政府機關、事業單位、職業工會、同業工會、財(社)團法人與其他人民團體等之委託規劃及辦理有關勞動條件、安全衛生及技職教育等訓練。

四、協助政府機關辦理勞資聯誼活動、政令宣導、勞資問題專案研究。

五、其他有關勞資關係業務推廣及處理相關事宜。
