🧘‍♀️ Indian Association of Taiwan (IAT) Celebrates International Yoga Day 2026 🌿✨

Celebrating Wellness, Balance, and Inner Growth

The Indian Association of Taiwan (IAT), in collaboration with the India Taipei Association (ITA), proudly celebrated International Yoga Day on 21 June 2026 at the IAT premises.

The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Vishwanjali Gaikwad, Deputy Director General, India Taipei Association (ITA), whose inspiring inaugural remarks highlighted the importance of yoga in daily life and its role in promoting physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth.

The celebration commenced with a warm welcome address by Mr. Nari Phulwani, Acting Honorable President of the Indian Association of Taiwan (IAT), who emphasized yoga as a timeless practice that nurtures health, mindfulness, inner peace, and harmony.

A special note of appreciation goes to our yoga instructors, Ms. Urmi and Mr. Satish, for conducting a wonderful session with dedication, patience, and positive energy. Their expert guidance helped participants experience relaxation, rejuvenation, and a deep sense of well-being.

The event brought together members of the community in the true spirit of Yoga Day, fostering health, unity, and positivity. We thank everyone who participated and made this first-ever International Yoga Day celebration at the Indian Association of Taiwan (IAT) a memorable success.
