“Community Integrated Care - Taipei City Stone Soup” is a governmental project promoted by Taipei City Government. The project aims to make social care services available and accessible to people in local communities. There are Community Centers of Integrated Care established in each Taipei City administrative district. Our Community Center of Integrated Care is in Zhongzheng District, Taipei City

. At this center, case managers arrange, coordinate, and monitor multiple services for people in need. Our vision is to assist people with long-term conditions to enjoy positive and fulfilling lives.
