2026外交部臺灣獎助金「全社會韌性及東亞安全學術研討會」
2026 MOFA Taiwan Fellowship Symposium on Whole Society Resilience and East-Asia Security
To facilitate exchange between domestic and international scholars and think tanks, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (IDIA), and the National Central Library (NCL) jointly hosted the "Symposium on Whole Society Resilience and East Asia Security" on the morning of May 27, 2026.
The theme of the symposium, "Whole Society Resilience and East Asia Security," not only responds to scholarly observations regarding the intense geopolitical shifts currently facing nations worldwide but also serves as a platform for experts to exchange perspectives.
Through this dialogue, the event provided valuable insights into how Taiwan can strengthen its democratic defense and resilience, as well as offered a forward-looking perspective on security in the Indo-Pacific region.
The event featured presentations by distinguished experts from India, Japan, France, and other nations. With over 80 scholars from 27 countries in attendance, the symposium fostered vibrant and productive discussions.
