迪化街 1 段尾新景點「十連棟」，地址迪化街 1 段 348 至 366( 雙 ) 號 ( 靠近台北橋邊 ) 共 10 棟巴洛克式建築二樓百年房屋，是迪化街唯一集體改建基地面積最大的建築案，在改建新大樓，仍保留舊屋「立面騎樓」部分建物，加以鋼骨補強整修完成，號稱「十連棟」，與新大樓並立更顯老屋的珍貴。「十連棟」騎樓曾舉辦過市集活動 … 等，其二樓有走廊可通各棟室內，適用於辦公與展覽場所，現由「綻堂」經營陳列圖畫，古物、藝品等各種產品，供人參觀，另附設販賣咖啡飲品，讓遊客品嘗。

遊客可搭乘捷運或公車到「捷運大橋頭」站下車，沿台北橋邊的平面道路往環河北路方向，即可到達「十連棟」，交通非常方便。
