對胡月來說，這兩個月的駐村，是拍片、剪輯、作曲，也是反覆練習新舊曲目。颱風夜裡，他用240fps的高速快門，捕捉路燈的閃爍——那是平常看不見的光影，被他形容像心跳一樣。這些積累，將在一場駐村成果發表音樂會中呈現，與寶藏巖的社群、駐村藝術家及在台的朋友分享他的創作成果。
​
與他同台的還有谷宥儀，一位在布魯塞爾居住的年輕比利時／臺灣歌手，於今年八月來台，將與胡月合唱他的作品，並以中文、法語和英語混合演唱。演出約45分鐘至1小時，歡迎走進寶藏巖，聽聽這段駐村旅程的迴響。

After spending two months immersing himself in the unique atmosphere of Treasure Hill—filming, editing, composing, and practicing both new and old repertoire—Pierre Hujoel will host a residency wrap-up concert to share the fruits of his labor with the Treasure Hill community, his fellow residents, and their Taipei friends.
​
Joining him on stage will be Amélie Levaux, a young Belgian-Taiwanese singer based in Brussels who is visiting Taiwan this August. She will perform his tracks alongside him, singing in a mix of Chinese, French, and English. The concert is projected to last between 45 minutes and one hour.

“Art Intervention: Regeneration of Old Spaces.”Registration Now Open⸝⋆

2026 臺北藝術進駐國際沙龍，以「藝術介入：舊空間再生活化」為題，邀請來自日韓四個城市共八組致力推動「 #舊空間再生」與「 #老社區活化」的機構共十一位代表，以及國內三位經營藝術進駐機構的代表，透過案例分享對談，共同探討藝術如何介入歷史建築、老城區，將在地文化資源轉化為具永續發展潛力的藝文基地。

The 2026 Taipei Artist-in-Residence International Salon centers on the theme “Art Intervention: Regeneration of Old Spaces.” The event brings together 11 representatives from eight organizations across four cities in Japan and Korea, alongside three representatives from Taiwanese artist residency programs. Through discussions on institutional overviews, governance models, and hands-on case studies, the salon explores how art can revitalize historic buildings and aging urban areas, transforming local cultural heritage into sustainable platforms for artistic development.

李在煥是一位韓國視覺藝術家，他的創作關注歷史、記憶與權力如何被體制與集體記憶所建構。作品涵蓋裝置、繪畫、錄像與參與式計畫，他於探討東亞地區的國家暴力歷史的同時，亦詢問人們如何確立自身與跨待記憶的關係。他的作品並非旨在重建過去，而是營造出某些情境，促使觀者直面那些塑造歷史敘事的結構並反思自己對待歷史的倫理態度。
​
李在煥擁有弘益大學繪畫系藝術學士學位（BFA），並畢業於 Hankyoreh Film Directing School。他參與寶藏巖駐村計畫（2026），並曾多次在韓國內外舉辦展覽。
​
​
Lee Jaehwan is a Korean visual artist whose practice explores how history, memory, and power are constructed through institutions and collective remembrance. Working across installation, drawing, video, and participatory projects, he investigates histories of state violence in East Asia while asking how individuals position themselves in relation to inherited memories. Rather than reconstructing the past, his work creates situations in which viewers confront the structures that shape historical narratives and reflect on their own ethical attitudes toward history. Lee received a BFA in Painting from Hongik University and graduated from Hankyoreh Film Directing School. He has participated in international residencies, including Treasure Hill Artist Village (Taipei, 2026), and has exhibited extensively in Korea and abroad.

多年前，在落葉滿庭前的小書房裡，寫下小說《阿罩霧將軍》；今年，在差事劇團成立第三十年的當下，回返環境劇場的記憶。
#差事三十 年度製作《將軍 在迷霧濛紗中》由小說改編為講古吟唱，將於寶藏巖和霧峰林家400年老舞台與觀眾相遇！

安娜-F.雅克的創作實踐游移於表演、裝置以及非典型空間的介入之間。她構建出獨特的裝置，將我們周遭運作中的隱性力量化為具體可感的實體，例如：電氣活動、侵蝕現象、溫度變化與氣流。這些經過手工拼裝、反覆無常且往往帶著一絲荒謬感的系統，其運作方式更像活體有機物而非機械，構成了不服從任何中央控制的自主細胞社群。聲音總是以前提形式存在於她的作品中，既陪伴我們佔據當下所處的空間，亦作為特定現象的信號：微小的閃爍、隱密或不規則的移動，或是電路加熱時散發的微微氣味。
​
雅克曾合作過的單位包括智利 Tsonami 聲音藝術節、紐約 Experimental Intermedia 實驗音樂空間、東京 Ftarri 實驗音樂空間、柏林 CTM 音樂節、墨西哥 Casa del Lago 藝術中心、布魯塞爾 Centrale 當代藝術中心、巴爾的摩 High Zero 實驗音樂節，以及畢爾包 MEM 藝術節等。

Anne-F Jacques’s practice oscillates between performance, installation and interventions in unconventional spaces. She constructs oblique devices for making tangible the active presence of certain forces at work around us: electrical activity, erosion, temperature variations, air currents. These tinkered, capricious, often slightly ridiculous systems behave more like living organisms than like machines, forming communities of autonomous cells that do not respond to any centralized control. Sound is always present in some form, both to accompany us in occupying the space we’re in and as signals to certain phenomena: furtive or erratic movement, flashes of light, the slight scent of a circuit heating up.
​
Jacques has worked with Tsonami Festival (Chile), Experimental Intermedia (New York), Ftarri (Tokyo), CTM (Berlin), Casa del Lago (Mexico), Centrale for Contemporary Arts (Brussels), High Zero (Baltimore) and MEM (Bilbao), amongst others.

鉤針編織，是由一個個針目的相連堆疊而成形；而作品誕生的過程，也是隨著分分秒秒的疊加而成型，其中的重複性，連結到自身日常規律如儀式般的生活片段，近看好似如常沒有太大的變化，而拉長放遠來看，這些最小單位的不斷重複，宛如洞穴裡的鐘乳石慢慢堆疊，積累成了各種不同樣貌的物件。
​
以纖維編織為創作的主軸，結合自己在日常生活與工作中持續收集與撿拾的材料與現成物，如紙張、石頭、木材與水泥，講述著這些年在工作與創作之間，相互影響並重複累積而形成的抽象風景。

#巷弄藝術節 ▍系列工作坊—拼貼水源瓶 回顧

上週，我們邀請水源里里民一起參與「拼貼水源瓶」工作坊，在藝術家吳芊頤的帶領下，運用透明片、貼紙與剪貼素材，將不同的自然元素重新組合，創作出獨特的立體作品。
​
從平面的拼貼，到透過光線與不同角度觀看作品，大家也在創作過程中發現透明材質與光影交織出的不同變化。
​
完成的作品也將陸續展示於水源里辦公處窗面，讓其創作成為巷弄藝術節的一部分，為日常空間增添一點微光。非常謝謝每一位熱情參與的里民，以及藝術家吳芊頤的帶領，和大家一起用拼貼重新打造出水源里的新風貌。

#寶藏巖駐村計畫 ▍2026年第二季駐村藝術家國史館 參訪回顧
2026 S2 resident artist Academia Historica Field trip Review

2026 寶藏巖駐村計畫第二季參訪的最後一站，駐村藝術家們來到國史館，展開一場探索臺灣歷史軌跡、族群文化與建築的旅程。
​
非常感謝國史館的協助以及導覽大哥們帶來精彩且深入的解說！從臺灣選舉制度的發展，到民主之路的累積，藝術家們更加理解這座島嶼的人們如何在時代變遷中展現能動性與韌性。
​
透過〈島嶼原色〉展覽，藝術家們看見臺灣多元族群交織出的文化樣貌。原住民對祖先、自然與土地的信仰，皆反映於器物製作與設計之中，如達悟族拼板舟上的「船眼」、排灣族的百步蛇圖騰等文化符號，訴說著人與環境之間深刻的連結。此外，大家也近距離感受由日治時期建築師森山松之助設計的國史館建築，從歷史照片與保存至今的建築細節中，體會官廳建築的莊嚴典雅與今昔交會的歷史軌跡。
​
離開國史館後，一行人漫步於博愛特區，途經日治時期留存至今的建築群，感受現代性如何被帶入臺灣的城市景觀，以及歷史與當代生活交疊的獨特風景。最後大家來到桃源街品嚐知名的趙記大餛飩，在美食與交流中延續這趟文化旅程。
​
夕陽餘暉灑落，為本季最後一次參訪留下溫暖記憶，期待藝術家們將在臺灣遇見的人、故事與感受，持續轉化為創作養分。
​

For the final field trip of Season 2, resident artists visited the Academia Historica, exploring Taiwan’s historical trajectories, diverse cultures, and architectural heritage.
​
Many thanks to the guides at the Academia Historica for their insightful introduction! From Taiwan’s electoral development to its journey toward democracy, the artists gained a deeper understanding of how people on this island have demonstrated agency and resilience throughout history.
​
Through the exhibition Primary Colors of the Island, the artists explored Taiwan’s cultural diversity. Indigenous traditions rooted in relationships with ancestors, nature, and the land are reflected in craftsmanship and cultural symbols, such as the eye patterns on Yami (Tao) boats and Paiwan hundred-pacer motifs. They also experienced the Academia Historica building, designed by Moriyama Matsunosuke during the Japanese colonial period, where preserved architectural details and historical photographs revealed the dialogue between past and present.
​
After leaving the Academia Historica, we walked through the Bo’ai Special District, passing historic buildings from the Japanese colonial period and reflecting on the layers of history and modernity embedded in Taipei’s urban landscape. The artists then enjoyed the well-known Zhao Kee Wonton King, extending the cultural journey through shared food and conversations.
​
As the golden sunlight embraced the city, this final field trip left behind warm memories. May the people, stories, and experiences encountered in Taiwan continue to inspire the artists’ creative journeys.
