工場隱身於位在中和的老公寓內，除了是插畫藝術家奥斯卡的工作室外，亦是預約制的視覺藝術圖書館，藏書包含繪本、圖像小說、攝影、當代藝術、以及各類作品集，空間將不定期舉辦展覽、講座與交流活動，讓工場不只是工作的場所，更是造夢的場所。
