We’re not sure if this was the youngest cub…

but a little encouragement was all it needed. 🦁❤️

Sometimes, even a little encouragement is enough to keep moving.

You can’t plan moments like this.

Mother Nature writes the story.

Same safari. Completely different stories.

What story would you take home from the Serengeti? 🌿🦁

Golden hour glances in the crater. ✨ Can you spot the saddle?

The silver and black fur gives this black-backed jackal perfect camouflage in the dry grass. There is nothing quite like the raw beauty of the Ngorongoro Crater floor! 🌾

What’s your favorite African predator to spot on safari? Let me know below! 👇

A leopard doesn’t need to roar to claim its territory. 🐆

Deep in the Serengeti, we witnessed this female leopard marking her domain—a fascinating glimpse into the quiet, powerful behavior of one of Africa’s most elusive big cats.

This is what makes every game drive different. You may go out hoping to see a leopard, but you never know what the moment will reveal.

No script. No repeat. Just nature unfolding in front of you.

Have you ever seen a leopard mark its territory like this?

You hear the silence… then they appear. 🦁

Lionesses — calm and powerful — carry the traces of the hunt as they move through Serengeti National Park, Tanzania.

Wild. Raw. Unforgettable.

Would you want to be here when the wild unfolds? 🦁

What looks effortless about a giraffe is actually one of nature’s greatest designs. 🦒

Standing tall above the Serengeti grasslands, a giraffe carries a body built for a challenge most animals never face.

That incredible neck gives them access to leaves high in the trees, allowing them to feed where many other herbivores cannot reach. But there is a hidden problem…

How do you pump blood more than two metres upward to the brain—and stay balanced every time you lower your head?

The answer is remarkable. A giraffe’s powerful heart and specialized blood vessels work together to control blood pressure, allowing this giant to move gracefully without missing a step.

And then there are those beautiful patterns. No two giraffes wear exactly the same coat. Their unique markings help researchers identify individuals and also help them blend into the light, shadows, and vegetation of the African landscape.

Every giraffe carries a story written in spots.

Tall enough to reach what others cannot. Strong enough to make the impossible look easy.

The Serengeti is not just a place to see wildlife—it is a place to discover the incredible solutions nature has created over millions of years. 🌍🦒

You’ve dreamed about Africa. What if one day you found yourself standing here? 🌅

There’s something about seeing the Ngorongoro Crater for the first time. The landscape seems to stretch forever, the evening light slowly changes, and for a moment, you forget about everything waiting for you back home.

Then the journey takes over.

Wildlife appears when you least expect it. New places become familiar. Conversations with people you meet along the way turn into moments you never planned for.

And somewhere between the early mornings, dusty roads, unexpected encounters, and quiet sunsets like this one, something happens.

The trip becomes more than a trip.

Anne-Marie captured this moment during her 2026 safari with Mwewe Expeditions.

Years later, you may not remember every road you travelled or every place you stopped.

But you’ll remember...how it felt to be there.

And you’ll have a story worth telling. 🇹🇿

What would you want your Tanzania story to begin with?

Some moments in the wild don’t need noise. 🦁

Just a male lion, the Ngorongoro Crater, and a few unforgettable minutes where time seemed to stand still.

Nothing to explain. Just watch. 🐘🌿

Water.
Green leaves.
Elephants moving quietly.

And babies following close behind.

For a moment, there’s nowhere else to be.

Some moments are better felt than explained. 🇹🇿
