The main business of Landspecs Developers is acquisition of land in potentially prime locations in the country e.g. Upon acquisition, the company follow proper procedures for formalizing the land e.g. surveying, planning, obtain deed plans and obtaining title deed. In addition, Landspecs add basic infrastructure to the land such as developing roads and adding water or electricity services. Since i

ts inception, Landspecs has served more than 500 different clients ranging from high profile companies to individuals, and group of people. Embracing the public private partnership (PPP), LANDSPECS works in partnerships with Local Government Authorities, social services utilities and other and community groups in different capacities and levels of engagement. The choice of who to partner for each projects is guided by the specific needs and social, political and economic context within that area. The company is also having housing projects underway with houses construction projects going on in Dar Es Salaam. At the moment, Landspecs has projects in Mwanza, Dar Es Salaam and Pwani (Coast) regions where we have surveyed and serviced plots that are designed for different land use e.g. residential, commercial, industrial and public services. The company has offices in Dar Es Salaam and Mwanza.

Tunapenda kukujulisha kuwa, tunauza viwanja vilivyopimwa kwa matumizi mbalimbali katika eneo la Kivukoni, Buigiri Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Chamwino.
Viwanja hivi vipo umbali wa takribani mita 150 kutoka barabara kuu itokayo Dodoma kwenda Morogoro.
Eneo hili lipo umbali mfupi kutoka mji mpya wa Serikali na Ikulu ya Chamwino.

Ukubwa wa viwanja unaanzia mita za mraba 353 mpaka 1069 kwa viwanja vya makazi na mita za mraba 338 mpaka 2416 kwa makazi/biashara na makazi maalumu.
Viwanja hivi vipo katika ujazo wa juu (High Density), ujazo wa kati (Medium Density) na ujazo wa chini (Low Density)
