Community Action for People with Disabilities in Africa (CAPDA) Community Action for People with Disabilities in Africa (CAPDA) is a secular Australian charitable institution established in 2010.

It was founded by professionals with experience in health services, administration and education with the aim of bringing about sustainable improvements in the quality of life for people with disabilities in Africa. Our current focus is on children with disabilities in the town of Moshi in northern Tanzania.
