Status update on Registration process and Founder Memberships.
Dear Baobab Villagers,
The first quarter of 2024 is going to be history soon. With us, it was an amazing and also challenging time, dealing with different Government Institutions & Ministries. After finishing of Registration process, we have recently received TIN Certificate from TRA, Board of Trustees held their first Meeting and made a Resolution to open the first Foundations bank account at PBZ Bank, so that finally Baobab Village Foundation is now fully operable.
Founder Members have the right to see and check all documents, certificates, resolutions and contracts made until now, physically in our office in Makunduchi, or receive them digitally upon request.
Next steps are:
1. Working on “Charitable Status”, with issuing of Certificate from TRA (process between 1 month up to 1 year), allowing us for Tax exemption.
2. Acquiring the land where our Baobab Village will be located.
3. Charity activities.
A very big THANK YOU goes out to all new Founder Members. We are so happy, that we are getting inquiries about our Project and positive feedback from all over the world.🙏
As we listen attentively to provided feedback, we have customised our “Application for Reservation of Founder Membership” and fixed the Donation at 2500€, until further notice. Also there is now possibility to donate in 3 Instalments a 850€. Exactly process described in attached PDF.
For those who would like to read the actual Numbers of Founder Members. Board of Trustees has decided, because of marketing strategies, keeping up the momentum and the challenge, not to publish them, until there will have signed 100 Founder Members, and we will announce: Fully booked!
At the end of Phase 1, there will be one hundred different Individuals. All with similar mindsets and visions for their future, that of their families and their surrounding community.
