Серое утро. Жена красится, я готовлю завтрак, дети собираются в школу - всё как обычно. Звонок в дверь. Открываю - стоит дед. Спрашивает:
— Твоё?
А в руках котёнок. Совсем маленький ещё.
Я говорю:
— Нет, дедуль, не моё.
А он говорит:
— Ну раз не твоё, пойду выброшу.
Я даже испугался, говорю:
— Не надо, ты что, зима же... Давай сюда.
Дети счастливы, жена ворчит. После работы купил лоток и миски, подхожу к дому, вижу — два соседа с такими же лотками домой идут.

ТОРТ "ДАМСКИЕ ПАЛЬЧИКИ"

Этот рецепт бережно хранится на первом листе пожелтевшей от времени тетрадки. Его мы всегда пекли на Новый год. Не было ничего более праздничного для меня, чем эта белоснежная горка. Откуда этот рецепт в нашей семье взялся уже никто и не помнит. Быстро и просто готовить, потрясающий нежный вкус.

Вам потребуется:

для теста:
1,5 стакана воды
150 гр сливочного масла
1,5 стакана муки
6 яиц

для крема:
2 стакана сметаны 25% жирности
1 стакан сахара

Как готовить:

1. тесто: поставить на огонь кастрюлю с водой, добавить масло. Когда вода закипит, всыпать муку, убрать с плиты и хорошо размешать массу. Тесто немного охладить и вбить по одному яйца, тщательно размешивая. Тесто вымесить до глянцевого блеска и однородности. Заварное тесто переложить в кондитерский мешок и выдавливать на противень, выстланный бумагой, продолговатые ";пальчики"; длиной 4-5 см. Выпекать в духовке, разогретой до 170С до золотистого цвета.

2. крем: взбить холодную сметану с сахаром до пышного крема.

3. сборка: готовые и остывшие ";пальчики"; обмакнуть в крем и выложить в блюдо в виде горки. Поставить в холодильник на 12 часов. Готовый торт посыпать тертым шоколадом.
