Салат «Курица под шубой» на любой праздник
Такой рецепт должен быть в копилочке у каждой хозяюшки!

Ингредиенты для рецепта:
- Куриное филе 200 г
- Шампиньоны маринованные 200 г
- Сыр 100 г
- Яйца 3 шт
- Майонез 3-4 ст. л.
- Укроп пучок
- Соль по вкусу

Как приготовить:
Куриное филе заранее отварить и остудить.

Мелко нарезать мясо.

Яйца отварить, остудить и очистить.

В салатницу первым слоем выложить куриное филе, посолить и смазать майонезом.
Выложить слой маринованных грибов нарезанных пластиками. Немного смазать майонезом.

Выложить поверх грибов тертые яичные белки. Смазать майонезом и посолить по вкусу.

Добавить слой тертого сыра. Смазать майонезом.

Верхний слой сделать из тертых желтков.

Украсить зеленью укропа и грибочками. Дать салату пропитаться пару часов в холодильнике.
