"Remember our 55-story Freedom Tower, the first of the three-skyscraper Ukraine Towers complex? Seven of the twenty floors of AAA office space are already being sold, and we will offer another 8 floors for lease or purchase to Google. There is perhaps a 30-40% chance they'll accept - it's a great building and a great deal, and they need a Ukrainian HQ same as Humanity Inc. does. Any international companies doing business in Ukraine will want their offices to be HERE. And of course, every local company with zero (literally zero) exceptions.

Offices start on the 16th floor. Floors 1-5 are the shopping center, IMAX theater, art gallery, multi-level fitness club, daycare, European grocery supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants, nightclub, etc. Floors 6-15 are a five-star hotel, the best in the country. Some of the suites in the hotel will also be available for long term rental or purchase. I started planning a standalone hotel 5 years ago - it is quite well thought out (visit UkraineTowers.com or Google "W Hotel Montreal" for some pics of what it will look like).

The luxury condos start after the offices, on the 36th floor. There are fifteen stories of these (floors 36-50). These are some of the best condos in the country. There is optional and affordable hotel service, including a concierge who knows you by name and knows your needs, chauffeured or rental cars, housekeeping, 24/7 food delivery, etc. for all of these units. And of course, drycleaning..

Same-day drycleaning or laundry service with optional express pick-up and delivery is available to any member of the public anywhere. If you are anywhere in the building and use our public app or call the concierge to dryclean your suit, someone will pick it up at your residential, office or hotel suite within TEN MINUTES (or 45 minutes outside) and bring it back SAME DAY. The drycleaner can also handle expensive and custom items, and carries out same-day repairs and alterations.

The top 5 floors (floors 51-55) of the building are all super-luxury penthouses. These are huge units, the smallest being 2 large bedrooms, a large living room, large kitchen, large bathroom, and a large wraparound balcony. We can make custom ones up to 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Every penthouse has a walkin closet, a whirlpool bath, a bidet, and a walk-in rainshower.

For the penthouses, daily housekeeping is included into the standard maintenance price - if you use it less frequently you get a credit. 2-3x a day housekeeping is also available, for a true five-star standard. They can literally make your bed at night. These 5 floors are basically like permanent or long term hotel suites. You buy or rent these. But only 2 floors are still available.

The top 2 floors (54 and 55) are already spoken for. Most or all of floor 53 is as well. This floor will also have several Presedential hotel suites for various visiting celebrities and dignitaries who stay at the five-star hotel. These are huge super-luxury units for high security and amazing views - probably some the best units in the entire country. Anybody visiting the city who wishes to spend a lot of money, will want to spend it HERE.. It's the best place. :)

All residents and hotel guests have access to the multi-level 24-hour fitness club (also open to the public) in the bottom of the building, optional hotel service (included with penthouses), 24/7 food delivery from restaurants or hotel kitchens downstairs (also available to the public), huge indoor swimming pool in the fitness club, outdoor heated rooftop infinity edge glass side swimming pool (for residents, office workers and hotel guests only), two large unisex saunas (one for each pool), a steamroom, and much much more!

This month we commence the international design contest for the exterior. We will select a preliminary design in August and will create incredible 3D renderings and fly-by videos, along with preliminary blueprints. The development will be incorporated into a Canadian for-profit corporation Ukraine Towers Inc. and will begin accepting down payments and investments this summer. We buy land and commence construction in 2017-18, and by 2022 we've got ourselves a building! :) We own the building company too by the way.

P.S. Seven of the 20 floors of AAA office space in the first tower are being sold to Humanity Technologies Inc. If Google buys the other eight, that means 15 of the 20 floors of office space in this 55-story tower will be spoken for before we even BEGIN!

The Humanity Ukraine Towers consist of three luxury mixed-use skyscrapers being built in the European city of Lviv Ukraine. The 55-story Freedom Tower in 2022, the 75-story Love Tower in 2026, and the 100-story Unity Tower in 2030.

The first tower, the tallest in the country at 55 stories, will feature a 10-story luxury five-star hotel, 20 stories of AAA office space, 15 stories of luxury condominiums, and 5 stories of super high-end penthouses.

The tower will also feature a super modern IMAX movie theater, a nightclub, a shopping center, numerous bars and restaurants, a European grocery supermarket, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor heated rooftop infinity edge swimming pool, two saunas, and a state of the art multi-level fitness club.

Additionally, the building features optional hotel service for all offices and residential suites, including concierge, chauffeured or rental cars, drycleaning, housekeeping, and room service with a full gourmet kitchen staffed by certified chefs 24 hours a day. The tower also features a daycare, a business center with a fully equipped boardroom, a bakery, a greenhouse, and even an art gallery with rotating exhibits!

This joint Canadian-Ukrainian commercial real estate development is now accepting investments! Construction is scheduled to commence in 2018, with the grand opening on New Year's Eve 2022. Humanity Technologies Ukraine offices will occupy 7 of the 20 office floors.
